"You do, but I do not feel like talking about it right now." Now that Gwen was this close to me, I could not help but take note of the way that she was breathing, her shoulders rising and falling in a manner that suggested to me that she was somewhat hyperventilating. I found it quite interesting, but then again, I realised that Gwen did not have the best memory in regards to rogues and shifting. I had no right to judge her for what she was feeling, because I would have done the same. The fact that I was not already in the process of losing my own grip on my composure was a miracle in itself.

She probably heard the Luna’s footsteps. “Are you ready?” Gwen purred smugly as she strolled into the makeshift room. I gave her a tight fake smile and nodded. Trsitan’s words were still burned in my mind. No matter what she told me now, the goal was to rattle me. I couldn’t let myself listen to her. It almost seemed like my thoughts were printed across my face, because she just snorted and turned. Very well. Her hands came together in a sharp clap then suddenly the walls of the tent collapsed around us.

Gwyneth deliberately let out a few weak moans, then slowly slid onto the cold floor. "Mmph..." she groaned softly, as if she'd truly been bound for hours and was utterly weakened. She surveyed her surroundings. The abandoned factory looked even more sinister and terrifying in the dim light. Spider webs hung thick in the corners, dust floated through the air, and everything reeked of mold. Gwyneth stood up, staggered a few steps, and deliberately knocked over some discarded metal drums nearby. They crashed with a thunderous sound that echoed harshly through the silent night.

Gwen explained, cutting me off. I nodded at her in understanding. "Okay. Go ahead, then." Gwen got up and went to stand behind Ivy. She placed both her hands on Ivy's head before she began chanting in latin. I watched as Gwen did her thing, her chanting growing louder and more intense with each passing second. Suddenly, she stumbled back with a loud gasp. I was on my feet and running towards Gwen in a flash. "You okay?" She nodded, staring at Ivy with equal parts shock and curiosity as I guided her to a sofa.
