Bound to the Moon: The Exorcist's Accidental Alpha

Bound to the Moon: The Exorcist's Accidental Alpha

"A fleet." CRACK. The sky above the Crimson Spire didn't just cloud over; it shattered. A massive, purple rift tore open the clouds, and from the void, a ship descended. It wasn't like the Prometheus. This ship was a cathedral of black iron and screaming souls, bristling with cannons that glowed with Void-light. It was the flagship of the Order of the Black Sun. "How rude," Valerius sighed, adjusting his silk cuffs. "I specifically ordered no solicitors."

Spirits of the Night

Spirits of the Night

Zafira, her serpentine body coiling around itself, watched Scarlett with a mix of surprise and overflowing rage. "Don't you see her, Zahia?" Zafira whispered, her voice laced with resentment. "It’s her... how is it possible?" Rage burned in her chest, and without a second thought, Zafira lunged with a powerful movement, diving into the lake and swimming furiously toward Scarlett. Feeling a strange presence, Scarlett leaned over the water and thought she saw a shadow moving beneath the surface. "Leslie, wait," she murmured nervously. "I think... someone is here."

His Baby My Burden: The Mafia Rider's Claim

His Baby My Burden: The Mafia Rider's Claim

A warning. I grip the railing harder, heart pounding. The cargo ship looms ahead, massive and slow, vulnerable. And then—floodlights blaze from the starboard side. Another vessel emerges from the dark. Sleek, black, marked with a single insignia. The Vitale crest. I exhale, part relief, part dread. The new ship surges between the cargo and the attackers. Its guns roar, tearing into the speedboats with terrifying precision. Engines sputter, hulls splinter, screams cut through the air. Within minutes, the would-be raiders are retreating, limping into the night.

MATED TO RUTHLESS ALPHA BROTHERS

MATED TO RUTHLESS ALPHA BROTHERS

She gave me a long, hard look before turning around and rounding the last container until we reached the other side. "Is that your ship?" I couldn't help but ask. "Yes, that's my baby," She said. "I call her Princella. She's cute, but she can fire torpedoes. It was a pricey update, but it was totally worth it." "Wow," Was all I could say as I glanced at the ship. It looked pretty unassuming. "So, can I see my servers now-" I stopped as I turned the corner of the last container. Adeline was already inside it, waiting for me.

“Is that the ship?” “Do you not like it?” replied Miko. “It is a Vessel Interaction Intelligence. I wanted a talking ship, and so I installed one myself. I can deactivate it, if it bothers you.” “Nono, it’s fine. Could it maybe not be a guy? I mean, it’s kinda weird to hear the Spirit of Amelia as a dude, you know? Or is that just me?” “Hmm, I do not believe it matters. But we can change it however we want. The package comes with multiple voices.”

By the title itself, it was already something that would hook anyone immediately. And after reading a few chapters, indeed it was great. I really love reborn books/novels and I am not disappointed one bit at all! Love the Mc by the way.

It's great to read a book that the first scene is in outer space. Eva is calm, strong and you describe the background well enough to make me imagine it figuratively. Nothing to complain here. It's just perfect :)

THE SUBSTITUTE MATE FOR THE ALPHA KING

THE SUBSTITUTE MATE FOR THE ALPHA KING

Instead, it had stabilized, a permanent, jagged scar over Cresendo. “You are a crack in the dam,” she said, her voice grave. “And the ocean on the other side has taken notice.” As she spoke, something moved within the tear. Not a chaotic energy, but a shape. A vast, silent, and impossibly ancient ship, its hull made of woven shadows and dying stars, began to slowly, deliberately, pass through the opening into our sky. It was not of this world. It was not of any world we knew. The spirit of the world looked from the descending ship to us, her final words a whisper of impending doom.

The Pack's Vampire

The Pack's Vampire

The Concordia, Twelve Hundred Years Before The bow of the ship was carved into the shape of a ferocious bare-breasted woman, her sharply pointed vampire teeth displayed by a savage snarl and her twisting hair blowing out around her in exquisite detail. “She is beautiful,” Sigrid exclaimed in awe looking up as their rowboat skirted the boat. “I did not see her… Or was it another ship?” She looked at the other ships anchored in the bay around them. Like ant-trails across the water, the rowboats transporting passengers and supplies wove through the waves to the other vessels.

I didn't realize just how alluring an ancient vampire could really be until I dove into Talen's past and had my heart broken and stolen by the depth of soul in this character. Everleigh has such a gift for creating these characters with so many layers you can't believe they're not real.
