My fingers traced them instinctively, my lips parting as I translated aloud. ’Where waters dream beneath the sky, A gate will open when souls fly high. The flower burns, the spirit lifts, To realms unseen through ancient rifts. In the stillest lake that does not freeze, The kingdom lost is all one seeks. When stars align and breath is stilled, The heart is drawn where time is spilled. Petals float through astral streams, Awake the night, ignite old dreams. Through mountain mist and water deep, The soul may climb, the flesh must sleep.

"Describe something." I gently take my place beside him. "What do you mean?" "You always make the simplest things so intricate." I rest my head against my pillow and glance over to him. "Okay, well, the night. The sky floats above like a inky mixture of endless possibilities. Millions upon millions of stars—like a artist took white paint and splattered them relentlessly at a black canvas. Each one could hold different words, and they all drift above in an array of lights, shining and dancing, triggering emotions. The moon, silver and sliced, casts its unearthly glow down on us like a spotlight on a stage. You feel as if your life is the main act, but it is not, it is part of exhibition, and

CHAPTER 1 Butterflies in the stomach turn the mind and soul into the joyful space of the moon and the stars. Mhhh! Stars… The beauty ,adornment and embellishment of the stars... Stars are born as soon as the sun goes to be breastfed by its very own mother everytime it sets down, and I can say that's what elucidates broad daylight and the night. Commencing something beautiful is a natural,cosmical feeling, it's a beautiful feeling that no one can pass the question easily, writers and poets still can't pass that expressional answer, it's a mystery!

Then he bit down on my bottom lip, and I was gone. My soul flickered, a candle’s flame in the wind. It was alone, atop a dark, shrouded hill, and then, in the distance, a beacon was lit. The flames joined, and they twined together, dancing as the stars came alive above us. Then the hill hollowed out, and, together, we were falling.

A celestial entity fated to fade every fifty years. A falling star. A fallen star, whose descent grants desires—a cosmic dance of wish-fulfillment that unfolds without fail, an intricately woven performance that defies time. Just as I fade, I am reborn—a tapestry woven anew. This cycle persists, relentless as the march of time. Humans, like stars, bear the burden of mortality. Born to perish, stars and beings alike. We explode, we fall, we rise—our existence a catalyst for dreams, our descent a catalyst for hope.
