As I position myself at the operating table, I focus on the patient in front of me, blocking out everything else. The task at hand demands my full attention. I begin the incision with a precise hand, my training guiding every move.

He asked, but before I could respond, I fell unconscious. When I opened my eyes, I realized I was lying on the bed and Ethan was seated on the couch beside me. I looked around and realized I was still in my room before moving my gaze back to Ethan, who had a blank look on his face. “How are you?” He asked, but I didn't respond. Instead, I glared at him and looked away. “We are leaving for India tomorrow,” he announced, forcing my attention back to him. “Why?” I asked, confused. “For your operation. The doctor said you have to be operated on within the week, as your constant passing out isn't a good sign,” he said, causing a heavy sigh to leave my lips.

“Hello sir, you cannot be here. Can you please step outside?” The more they asked me to step out, the faster I stepped in J was on the bed unconscious, they had oxygen to her nose, what the fuck happened?! “Sir, sir?
