My ride was already waiting outside. ***** Sitting in my room engrossed in the book I am reading. After the visit to Sarah's house, I got home and no one was home as usual. My parents are very busy people. My dad owned various oil companies in Different countries and of course had to travel from time to time. My mum is a businesswoman. She travelled a lot too. Hopefully, she'd be around tomorrow. Deciding that the book was starting to bore me. I opened the I*******m app and started scrolling through the posts.

I whispered with a loving smile, "which story would you like tonight?" Mathew's face lit up with excitement, his tiny hands reaching for his favorite book. "The one about the brave little wolf, Mumma!" I chuckled as I opened the book, a captivating story about a young wolf's grand adventure. Mathew listened with rapt attention, his eager eyes fixed on the pages as I spun the tale of bravery and exploration. By the time I reached the part where the little wolf found solace under the silvery glow of the moon, my son was already fast asleep.

Author note: This is one of my first stories from a free app. It is a bit raw and needs a good edit. I’m going through and fixing this story up to flow better as well as the grammar. I’m leaving the story here so any that had read it already can still access when edits complete. i just wanted to give you a warning before you dive in. My other books are more polished and you can tell by the popularity of them vs this one. I still love this story (I’m bias of course) and I don’t want to trash it.
