I whipped my head up, confused, hurt, and heartbroken at how Storm seemed to be okay with that answer.

Aira hissed. Storm turned on his phone and dialed an old buddy of his who happened to work for a broadcasting company. After chasing for five minutes, Storm's face turned livid. "It was my grandmother," he said. Before he could say anything, Aira's phone rang. She grabs it and answers Leo's call, putting her on speakerphone. "Hey Leo, what's the news," Aira said. "I assume you've all seen the media?" "Badly, yes," said Storm.
