I look at my clock and see I have 10 minutes left so I put on my shoes and texted Derric that I will be waiting for them in the lobby. We have arrived at the royal castle 10 minutes early. After they announced us we walked into the hall. We start mingling with the other werewolves that are present. Mostly all the unmated supernatural are present except for the Alpha, Beta, and third in command couples. We have to be here no exception. I look around hoping to find someone that looks interesting to talk to. I see a young fairy walking towards me. "Hi, my name is Celia. I'm the sister of the fairy queen."

"I don't know how to get out of here. You said you were going to take me back to town last night" Shit. She is being difficult. I sigh loudly "Put on your fucking clothes. I will be back" I open the door to my room and walk out the hallway. I go to the far end and to the room of my best friend Rex. Rex has lived with me all my life, growing up his parents were killed during the last Contention. The Contention was the war we had ten years ago with the Vamps. Yes, you heard right. Fucking vampires. They have been our enemies since we were known to exist. Werewolves and vampires are opposites. Hate each other.

He immediately finds the cameras on the third floor. He is now looking at Accalia who's walking carefully but something caught his attention. "Accalia! The werewolf is in the wall!" he said while panicking. After what her uncle said Accalia immediately look at her upper part. The werewolf smirk as he gets down to the wall. His form is a big human-wolf with a fur of a wolf that is colored black and gray. He shows his teeth as if he was ready to bite Accalia and his saliva is dripping as if he that a delicious meal is right in his front.

"Stop acting like we're best friends." Liana looked at the gun held limply by his hand. It was facing down and the safety was on. She charged at him and they both fell, his head hitting the floor with a thud. She winced and tried to get up but he grabbed her hand. She tried to bite his while pulled her down with so much strength that she fell on top of him. She heard a deep animalistic growl and saw his body twisting and fur growing on it. She gasped before he hit her head with a pistol and she felt dizzy. Her world suddenly turned black.

The moon hung low in the night sky, casting a silver glow over the Eclipse Pack territory. Alpha Shane Lincoln, a formidable werewolf with a commanding presence, stood on the elevated platform at the heart of the pack's settlement. His piercing eyes surveyed the pack members gathered before him, their expressions a mix of concern and determination. "How am I supposed to learn about werewolves? It is not like there is a handbook." I pulled out my phone. Started searching. Typed in supernatural creatures, Brooklyn. A bunch of conspiracy theory websites popped up. Most of them looked insane. But one caught my eye. A forum dedicated to documenting supernatural activity in the city. It had sections on werewolves, vampires, witches, and all sorts of things. I clicked on the werewolf section. Started reading. Pack hierarchies. Mate bonds. Rogue wolves. Territorial disputes. If even half of this was true then Dora was in way over her head.
