Stress Reset Book Novels & Stories

Hi everyone, This is just a quick note regarding the remainder of Book Two. Apologies for how long it's taken me to finish the book. Due to financial and personal/health reasons, I had to take a step back two years ago to make sure that I was okay first. My goal was to finish the book last year but I was then unfortunately diagnosed with a neuro disorder, so I've spent the last year retraining my body with physio and trying to live as normal of a life as I can. It's taken a long time to feel ready to finish the story, but it was always my intention to come back.

“Don’t lose that focus now.” Jax gave a short nod and closed his bedroom door and stood there for a moment in the quiet. The earlier conversation still sat with him. He waited for the usual urge to grab his phone and check the team chat or Ethan’s name, but it didn’t come as strongly as before. Instead he walked to the small shelf where Gerald had left two paperbacks days earlier. He had ignored them until now. One title dealt with emotional regulation, the other focused on managing competitive anger. Jax picked both up, sat on the edge of the bed, and opened the first one without much confidence.

Then, wordlessly, he slid to the side, letting me take the space next to him. We cooked together. Like we used to. And for the first time in a while, things felt… normal. Except it wasn’t. Because we weren’t the same people anymore. By the afternoon, Ethan had grown restless. He found me reading on the couch and plucked the book from my hands. I blinked up at him. "Excuse you?" Ethan grinned. “You need stress relief.” I scowled. “I was relieved until you took my book.” He tossed it onto the coffee table and grabbed my wrist, tugging me up. "Come on. To the gym."

And I didn’t want to add more to his plate, not when he already had so much to deal with. That evening, I found myself back in my room, the book from the restricted section spread out on my lap. I had spent the entire day scrambling to find new models, but so far, I had come up empty-handed. The stress was starting to get to me, and I hoped that losing myself in the book would help take my mind off things, even if it would just make me focus on another problem in my life. But just as I was starting to get into it, a voice broke through the silence.

The title of the book. HOW TO RE-ESTABLISH A MIND LINK. My hand stiffened around the book. For a second, it was as if I wasn't sure of whatever I was holding. So I turned the book slowly in my hand, and then turned it back. And the title was right there, screaming at me in bold letters. My heart began beating fast, even though I didn't really know why. “Re-establish?” I whispered to myself. Is it just me or did my brain not seem to understand what RE-ESTABLISH meant anymore?

I take about 30 seconds to take it all in. Today is going to be a great day! I can already feel the greatness. So great that a minute before reaching my campus building, I literally spot my stalker! I can remember that Jet black hair anywhere. Plus I pay attention to people who pay attention to me. And this guy wins, he pays too much attention to me. I walk towards him with confidence. He is sitting on the school bench with a book in his hand. I try to make up the title of the book and it says “Atomic Habits”.

“Heyyyyyyyyyy!” I get up in appalled. I was gasping for air. Then I closed my eyes to relax. Yeah, Sena... It's just a nightmare again. Relax… and calm. @Death Wish Hi there guys! Thank you so much for your support and I want you to know that it really helped me a lot. Hope you might want to drop a beautiful review for this book. I really wanted to hear from you. ~~~~~~~~~~~THE END~~~~~~~~~~~ Coming soon: Beautiful and Healed Synopsis: (Sequel of Broken and Pregnant) After being locked in jail for five years, Lucy Mason was finally free. Her life inside the prison wasn't easy. Thanks to her new inmate friend Cassandra. She was the one who helps her battle depression and despair. They got out of prison together and it's game time for those who hurt and betrayed her when she was Lucy Mason. She's back with a new name Greta Stone, the wife of a rich businessman Gale Stone who happened to be Kent's stepbrother.

"I'm glad you do. But I must tell you this; it's going to be hard. It's not going to be easy. You'd feel like bailing and you'd feel like a shitty person. We all are at a point in our lives before we heal. So when you come the day after tomorrow, I want you to come with every baggage you can carry and we will offload as much as we can to make you feel lighter by the time you return home, okay?" I nodded. She picked a book and handed it over to me. "This is a book I wrote last year: The Abstractness of The Mental. I give it out for free to my patients as I like to call you all." I laughed and nodded before looking down at the book. It had a glossy feeling to it and a picture of the brain and

"It's better than I imagined . You are not actually mentally unstable , you are just scared and turn to have illusions of the people who caused you harm . This is termed as post traumatic stress disorder. It is a disorder that may occur to people who have witnessed or experienced a traumatic event .'' So what are we going to do . '' That would be a tale for another day.Right now i only have one question that is , what did you like doing before all this happened ?'' I loved to read. I remember reading Nancy Drew's stories and they were simply amazing. '' Really i love reading too . Why not give you a book to read and you would come and tell me what happened every day?'' That would be amazing
