Chapter 62 It was at this point in my life that I really came to the literal understanding of the expression 'Stuck between a rock and a hard place'. I had never been so confused on what decision to make all my life. I have had some times where I was at crossroads but nothing could compete with this. I didn't know what to do. A part of me stuck with my decision to not drop everything I care about but there was also this part that replayed everything Chris had said to me that afternoon.

His statement infuriates her and she launches with the stick straight at him, but this time around he holds the stick and spun her around, with the stick in her hands, now close to her throat as he holds her in place. How would I end this face? I smiled as I put my hands in my pockets. "You're up" I said and she scrunched her face. "And you're insane" She snapped and I smirked and bit my lip. Fuck, she was sexy when she was mad. "Feisty" I said and carried the rocking chair that was in a corner of the room to sit in front of her. I sat down and crossed my legs and stared at her with a smirk on my face as I rocked back and forth.

Then adds with a sigh, "Talking about helping, you would need to go find her and apologize. Right this second. It is best to deal with the anger now than later. It grows like cancer that would destroy you if you don't handle it now. " The idea of meeting Scarlet Rossi now, when she doesn't wish to see me has a knot tightening in my stomach. It is confusing how I've met scarier women, chaotic ones that made it clear how destructive they were, and one just has to express her disapproval of me and I can't seem to find it in me to talk to her.
