But it seemed that he was going to have to do it the hard way. “I guess were going to have to do things differently,” he said. Ares grinned widely. “A summons?” He nodded. The other werewolf rubbed his hands together enthusiastically. “Oh, this should be fun.” A summons was an enchantment that tethered a mate to the other. One that made a tattoo appear on their skin, alerting them of the mating bond. It burned until the mate came to find theirs. And if Nora was going to run from him, and lie to him, he’d just make it so that she had to come find him instead.

Bianca says and I give her a scathing look. I turn to face Nolan. “Looks like we are on our own so we need a plan” “What are you thinking?” Xavier asks. “The fates taught me a spell. A summoning spell for the deities. I need focus to summon Gaia, Hemera and Aether. So, Nolan I need you to deal with Agron and Khaos. Bianca, Xavier, I need you to deal the undead and Forsaken…I know they’ll try to stop me the minute they realize what I’m doing”

she hissed at him. "You need to relax your mind and follow my instructions." "Really? I'm already relaxed, but are you sure? You know what we are doing? I'm not going to be summoning scary creatures here, right?" "Of course not; this mansion is protected, and so are the surrounding areas. So, shall we start?” “Whatever!” “Good, clear your mind of any worries and..." "Can I summon Channing Tatum? After all, he came from planet Earth, so my earthly power will..."

I said and my mother nodded her head in agreement. "Why didn't you let me know about this since? We could have had her taken care of a long while ago" she said and got up. "Enough chit-chat, Beta. Let's get on with the summoning already." Beta nodded, his voice grave. "Very well, Ryker. But remember, forces beyond our control are at play here. Be respectful." I nodded, my eyes fixed on the grove. "Just get on with it, Beta." Beta took a deep breath and started to chant in that low, hypnotic voice of his. The air around us began to vibrate with energy, and I felt the hairs on the back of my neck start to stand on end. The summoning had begun.

in a low, menacing tone. The figure regarded us for a moment, its gaze sweeping over us with an unnerving intensity. Then, in a voice that was like thunder in our minds, it spoke. "I am Xandros, a servant of the ancient ones," it declared. The words echoed in our minds, sending a shiver down our spines. Xandros paused, its gaze burning with an inner fire. "And you, Lycan Alpha Kings, are summoned." The words hung in the air, heavy with portent, and we knew that this would be something huge.

in a hushed voice, “Some of the Alphas kept insisting that we go on and place Dimitri in the tomb—” I interrupted, “How is Dimitri?” All I had to worry about was him. His body has to be complete for any of my resurrection plans to work.Lance nodded and reassured Isabella, “Don’t worry, Dimitri’s body is heavily guarded in his chambers.” Memphis begged me to find him and he was my last resort, so I had to call him. “Good. We can’t bury him just yet, there’s someone I needed to meet first.” With my family crested grimoire in my arms, I ventured deep into the forest. I found a way to call forth the king of the crossroads with it. I marked a boundary by drawing a broad circle on the ground with

I asked. She didn’t look at me. She whispered. Not in a language I recognized. Something older. Rough. Like flame made sound. The stone glowed beneath her hand. A crack split the floor, inch by inch. Heat radiated from the seam. Not fire. Power.
