The Alpha who was never mine

The Alpha who was never mine

She opened her mouth to say something else, probably something harsher, but Elena spoke first. “You know, Nathan,” Elena said from her seat across from him, her tone light and conversational like they were sharing a secret, “I’ll tell you something most people don’t know. If you eat your vegetables, you’ll grow taller overnight. And stronger too. That’s how superheroes get their powers.” The room went silent. Alexander’s coffee cup froze halfway to his mouth. Vivian’s jaw clenched so hard her teeth must have ached. Even Mrs. Parker, who’d been clearing dishes from the sideboard, stopped moving.

The Endgame Chronicles

The Endgame Chronicles(The Apocalyptic Queen Theresa)(Supreme Survivor In The Zombie Apocalypse)

Hayley ordered the main cafeteria to keep serving hearty meals around the clock, such as chicken soup, stewed beef, and fish. Meat, fresh vegetables, milk, and every nutritional supplement they could get their hands on filled the shelves nonstop.

This is by far and beyond the best book I've read in a long time! It kept me so engaged that I had a lot of sleepless nights and I had to force myself to put it down. If it was in book form, I would buy it in a heartbeat! Thank you Hugh White for writing and publishing this book. it's the story of a

Worth the read, well written and has a decent plot. The characters generally have a lot of depth, although one or two have been a little strange, maybe written that way on purpose. The FMC sometimes feels a little too cold, and vengeful, but again part of her character... I will continue reading!

The Alpha I shouldn't crave

The Alpha I shouldn't crave

"It's fine, I'm managing." "Clearly not if you're collapsing at dinner," Vanessa interjected from the doorway. "Maybe she needs a break from training, time to recover properly." "No," I said quickly, too quickly. "I don't need a break, I just need better sleep, maybe some vitamins or something." Marcus pulled out a bottle from his kit, shaking out two pills. "These are iron supplements, your levels might be low given how much energy you're burning through healing work, take one twice daily with food."

The Hockey Captain’s Curvy Obsession

The Hockey Captain’s Curvy Obsession

It contained a precise balance of lean protein and complex carbohydrates, accompanied by a small glass of targeted vitamin supplements. Rhys looked down at the plate. He did not pick up his fork. "What is this?" "Your breakfast," I said, leaning against the counter opposite him. "It contains thirty grams of protein and specific anti-inflammatory properties to help that joint heal. Eat it." "I don't eat this," Rhys said, pushing the plate away with two fingers. The movement was deliberately insulting. "Before a morning skate, I eat four eggs, bacon, and three pancakes. I need calories, not a diet plan for a weight-loss clinic."

Crimson Love

Crimson Love

This time the meal was better than before, grilled vegetables, protein strips, fresh fruit, and a bottle of electrolyte solution. Balanced. Nutritious. Calculated. Sera stared at it. Earlier, she would have pushed it back untouched. Now she simply sat beside it. Her stomach reminded her she hadn't eaten properly since before the blood tests began. Her pride told her to refuse. Her training told her something else. Hunters didn't choose battles on empty stomachs. Starving herself wouldn't punish Zelios. It would only weaken her. If an opportunity appeared tonight... She would need every ounce of strength. Without another thought, she picked up the tray and ate deliberately, not quickly, not c

The Lycan King's Unwanted Omega

The Lycan King's Unwanted Omega

His fingers brushed my skin, checking the tension of the binding, “It helps to prevent your skin splitting.” “Okay,” “And eat.” He grunted as he dug in a pocket and pressed a hard-boiled egg into my hand. “You need more protein. Training like this, you’re burning through nothing. You can’t build muscle without a good diet.” I stared at the egg like it might explode in my palm. No one gave you food in Marcus’s pack unless they wanted something in return. “Take it,” Nolan said, already turning away as if it didn’t matter at all. “Tomorrow you bring two back and eat both before you run.”

The Vengeful Sacrificial Mate

The Vengeful Sacrificial Mate

She decided to see her nephew, Vince in the guest room after she slept to gain her strength. Andrea slept for eight hours. She always sleeps long after healing a huge number of patients. It was already late at night when she woke up from her bed. She felt her stomach growling. Then, she decided to go to the kitchen to get some food to eat. One that requires her to heal a huge number of patients is to eat three plates of food rich in protein and vitamin C. The reason is, her all energy drained because of the healing particles that originated from the muscles that build in her body. The more protein she takes, the more muscle she gains. The more muscle she gains, the more healing particles tha

"The portions are calculated precisely for your weight and activity level. You won't gain weight. You'll survive." He sat down. Not politely. Not casually. Like a man who decided this was war—but would postpone the battle for now. He reached for the oatmeal first. One spoonful. Then another. Then he paused. "Is this... date?" Sloane looked up from her tablet, where she was already drafting his recovery protocol. "Yes. Natural sugar. Fast-absorbing. Otherwise you'd crash during training." "Of course," Lennox muttered. "Natural sugar. What's next—ashwagandha and a yoga class during my match?"

SCORED HER HEART, NOT THE PUCK.

SCORED HER HEART, NOT THE PUCK.

“My job is to fix it, not enable you to keep destroying it.” “And what exactly can I have?” he said, folding his arms, voice soaked in sarcasm. “Oh, we’re going clean, baby." I turned toward him finally. "Omega-3s for inflammation. Anti-inflammatory foods that actually work. Vitamins D, B12, zinc—the building blocks your body is screaming for. Green tea with turmeric instead of that battery acid you call coffee. Hydrating electrolytes that won't fry your nervous system." I paused, watching his face cycle through horror and disbelief.

He grinned, taking the cup from me, smelling it like it was a fine wine, not a glass of black coffee. He was gorgeous! And I mean not just his model-worthy face, but his body was stocked like Thor or Superman! His superhero body was insane, all muscles, and fuck all else. Like Matteos, The men I had grown up with had been slim and toned but athletic with discreet muscles.
