"Can't we just use magic?" I mumbled when he conjured up a small table. He scowled at me and chose not to reply. He put a bottle and jar onto the table. "Okay so he has to eat a lot. He's really powerful and needs a lot of magical nutrients. So watch carefully." He snapped as he opened up the bottle and poured some milk in it.

She asked. " Of course, I want to be a superhero." he said. " Good, now you need these to build those muscles that will allow you to save the world." She encouraged. That sounded like a good idea to Adrien, so he agreed " I'll take them at night." That was okay she didn't want to tell him that he could take it at anytime because he would capitalize on that and stop taking it at all." " You have to use it in the morning. But I'll permit you for today."

Okay, that is good then. "Now, food is different, it's about keeping a submissive, brat, or slave healthy. Scenes are extreme sometimes, and a good diet helps. This guy reminding me in just two minutes the exact reason why I left. He's not entitled to my power. Nobody is, only me.

“With chocolate chips and whipped cream!” Arthur smiles at me over Miles’ head, and the softness in his gaze settles some of my nerves. “She sure does.” “Pancakes,” Leonard repeats, glancing at Miles’ plate. “Is that all he eats? Pasta and pancakes?” “Miles is in a bit of a picky phase right now,” I laugh. “You know how kids are.” Leonard frowns. “A young wolf needs protein to develop properly. Especially an Alpha. Downstairs, Scott’s voice carried up faintly from the kitchen. “Stephen, please make him scrambled eggs, wholegrain toast, grilled chicken breast, and a bowl of oatmeal with honey. He needs protein and carbs fast.” A pause. “And blend a smoothie with banana, strawberries, almond milk, and a spoon of peanut butter. Throw in spinach, too. And orange juice on the side. Double portions.” I could picture Stephen’s raised eyebrow from here, but Scott’s tone left no room for debate. “Make it fast. We’re already late, and if Harrington walks into that rink looking half-dead, the press will sniff it out before the puck even drops.”

Katherine shifted uncomfortably as he took her measurements like height, weight, body fat, his hands professional but thorough, pinching her arm for muscle tone.
