I may not be able to be with my mate, but I can watch the same movie she’s watching, and it makes me feel just a little bit closer to her.

“Then you had to go and get kidnapped. I would sit in the room with Toby while he healed. No one even knew. I told him how much I loved him. But, all he thought about since he woke was you.” She swings the knife at me again. I jump back again, not wanting to hurt my ex best friend too much. Sighing she says, “The hunters, well most of them, are planning a mass execution of all supernaturals.”
