Alpha’s Mistake
Slowly, his gaze moves to Stefan’s hand locked with mine, and his jaw clenches.
I stumble, fighting to rise when he steps towards me, his gaze never leaving the connection between Stefan and me.
Reeling, I back toward the railing, separating my hands from Stefan. Tears brim my eyes. My instinct comes alive as Vladimir draws closer.
Survive. That’s what Stefan said.
