The dark thinned. Lina sat at the table. She watched the names on the monitor. She just scrolled. The names. The dates. The numbers. Marvin leaned against the wall with his hands in his pockets. "How is the lag?" Lina asked. "Two seconds. The proxies are in Geneva and Tokyo. It hits the domestic wires by five-thirty." "That is enough." "It is plenty," Marvin said. Sophia sat in the metal chair. "The audio?" Sophia asked.

This code was something similar to what I needed to make my own in-hackable server system. I quickly made some notes and just as I was about to shut my laptop down that normal alerting ping went off letting me know that there was something new available on the S.D.E server. I think about it for a moment as usually; it takes them around an hour to track where I am, but that is because when I usually do the d******d I am using public internet access.

Living With My Lady Boss

Living With My Lady Boss

Miller said, "Alright, then. Mister Penn, we're going to be opponents now." Wilbur stared at Miller for a while before saying, "When do we start?" "If you want, we can start right away," Miller replied. Hagin glanced at his watch. "Let me go through the rules. This challenge will last ten minutes. If Wilbur cannot defeat Miller within that time and Miller is still able to get up, Wilbur will be considered to have lost. Of course, if Miller surrenders, the win will go to Wilbur. Alright. I'm going to count to three, and the challenge will begin. One, two, three—begin!"

The Billionaire Who Bought Me The Moon

A 'System Ping' from the North Perimeter Guest House. Adrian hadn’t just sent a message; he had used the fridge’s diagnostic burst—a standard data packet sent every hour—to upload a file fragment. I tapped the log entry, my breath catching in my throat. A QR code flickered onto the screen for a mere three seconds before the system auto-refreshed.

I am absolutely in love with this story! It is extremely well written, very detailed and a interesting storyline. I am in love with the characters with there heart to heart conversations, playful banter, and the amazing group chat. (I laugh evertime I read the chat). Definitely recommend!

This is one of the best stories I've read in ages! It's got the slow-roll romance, but there's lots of other aspects to this that keep it from stagnating. Also, the dynamic between a dominant alpha who's completely clingy and a dominant woman who's used to being a loner is very amusing.

The Full Moon Verdict

The Full Moon Verdict

The room seemed smaller for a heartbeat, the walls an inch closer, the air an inch warmer. The burner on the table buzzed once. Both their heads turned. Ethan’s eyes narrowed; he reached without hurry, thumbed the message open with a motion that said he’d been ready for this moment even while kissing her breath out of her lungs. Mireya: Two pings on power company records. One masked, one lazy. Lazy routed through a coworking space. Masked bounced through Belize then Prague. A dot, then another: Pressure likely. Window shortens. Pressure points, she thought, and wondered if he was making the same connection.

The screen scrambled, static hissed. Jiro frowned. “That’s odd. We haven’t had any network interruptions tonight.” “Try the server room,” I said, moving behind the desk to stand beside him. “Check access logs.” He hesitated only for a second before doing what I asked. On-screen, a stream of data filled the window. I scanned it quickly, my finger tracing over the timestamps. “Right there,” I said. “Look. 11:05:38. Remote access ping.” Jiro leaned in, squinting. “But… that’s not one of ours.”

"I shouldn't have expected any less from you. Of course, you thought it true from every angle. It still doesn't make your claims valid." She cocked her head to the side and stared at him silently before she smacked her lips and nodded. "I don't need you to believe my words, you can always run the test yourself. Tomorrow by 12 PM, I'll be at your place with him, you can run the tests yourself. If it comes out positive, you are obligated to follow my biddings." "And if it is negative?" "We will quietly exit your life, and you'll never hear from us again."
