Then I was pushed onto an iron chair. Ouch. My ass. I got tied up in ropes and gagged. My breath came high and ragged. I was already furious I couldn't defend myself against whoever those men were. Chief Financial Officer Cassandra Vance had used her high-ranking privileges to open the vault right before the evening shift. She was the one who had taken the heavy sabotage tools from the case. Knitting his brows together in worry and folding his hands while resting his elbows on his knees, he says, "What happened? She alright?" "I'm fine," Cassandra states as she takes a seat at her desk. She must have changed in the bathroom as she's now wearing a tight-fitting, black racer-back tank with her patrol pants that must've been her undershirt. She leans over in her chair, letting her raven-colored hair dangle. As she fixes it up into a tighter up-do, she reveals the black angel wings tattoo on the nape of her neck. I keep forgetting she has that, but my eyes immediately draw to the black ink against her skin.

In the bustling premises of The Reynolds Consulting Group – a prestigious consulting firm owned by Margaret Reynolds, Emily’s Aunt, was where Sarah and Emily worked. The firm was known for its holistic approach to business success, specializing in providing strategic advice, leadership development, and business consulting services to corporations and high-profile individuals. Cassandra's POV "Hello Sally, what is happening?" I asked as the call connected. I could hear the heavy breath of Sally and some loud noises in the background which made me even more curious. "Cassandra..." she exhaled. "Some men came to the restaurant looking for you. I don't know what happened but it seems like you have messed with someone who you shouldn’t have." I thought about her words and racked my brain wondering if I had collided with anyone that could result in trouble. If what she was saying was true, I could get fired.

Lovette POV “I have a problem. I think I accidentally swapped phones with a stranger,” I groaned. Tasha looked at me in shock. “Oh no! How did that happen?” “I think I grabbed the wrong phone when I left the advanced wildlife section,” I said Tasha sat next to me, looking just as shocked as I felt. “I can’t believe this is happening,” Tasha said, shaking her head. “I never would have thought you’d actually swap phones with a total stranger.”

He whispered. I traced the chain, my eyes filling with tears as I looked down at it. It had tiny two letter Cs joined with a bit larger heart in between. “It’s beautiful. Thank you.” He stretched his hand and that’s when I noticed a silver bracelet on his wrist with the same cut as my chain. “We have a matching set. Carmelo loves Chiara. So cute, isn’t it?” Chichi loves Melo. I nodded, blinking my tears, “So cheesy.” He chuckled and pulled back. “Are you ready to spend the best day of your life, tesoro?” I hooked my hand on his arm, “With you? Yes.” I replied and together, we walked out of the mansion.

Taylor compliments but Brendan only signs. “It was not my doing, you had taken care of everything already but you were just too stressed to notice it was all done and over” The cars driving into the compound caught their attention cassandra was in a short white pant and a crop top while tay had a beige pant with Kerl's shirt.

While everyone was concerned about Cassandra, no one even look at the fact that Diana could be involved in this as well. Just like Cassandra, she was obsessed with Ryan Song but later, when he threw her into the sea of men, she could not contain the amount of hate she had for him, in her heart. She wanted revenge, she wanted to ruin Lucy Tang, Cherry Zhang, and Ryan Song! But when she heard the news of Cherry being Ryan’s sister, she just could not bear her madness and contacted Cassandra. They both were at odds with them and started executing their plans but suddenly Cassandra was arrested abruptly, which disturbed their plans and in the end, they could not help but make changes.
