Tastes Like Damn Chocolate
“I looked forward to getting chocolates from you. It felt nice to have a friend in the midst of those over pampered and spoilt wealthy bullies.”
Ryan sat on the bench, elbows on knees, looking out at the garden. “Some people hated me for being nice to you,” he said. “But I didn’t see anything wrong in showing kindness to a kind person.”
Tiana broke off another piece, offered it to him. He took it, their fingers brushing briefly. “I miss those chocolates,” she said, devouring the bar with small, greedy bites. “But these are really good.”
Ryan shot her a surprised look. “You haven’t tasted the Sweet Alchemy chocolate?”
