Miss Joana asked one of the male teachers who had just arrived. "Oh? Who are you?" Miss Joana took off her glasses and looked annoyed at the man in front of her. "I'm a new teacher here. I teach English." "Really? It's no wonder I've never seen you. Oh, let me introduce myself, I’m Bagus, the mathematics teacher." It’s falling apart!” I can feel my blood boiling every time I step into that classroom. It’s like my teacher has a personal vendetta against me and can’t wait to catch me in the act of doing something wrong. Every little mistake or slip-up is met with a harsh scolding, and it’s starting to wear on me.

Something even I wished I could be. Sasha walked in closely behind. She looked so happy and was trying to hide a smile and grin. “Nope! I… We just want to welcome you here!” I jumped up with exaggerated enthusiasm, flinging my arms wide—so wide I accidentally smacked both Alyssa and Vhina on their shoulders. “Hey!” Alyssa winced, rubbing her shoulder. Another awkward silence settled over us. Before it could stretch too long, a teacher approached our table, carrying a gray and black Asus laptop. It was teacher Mary, the instructional supervisor. The moment we noticed her, we all straightened in our seats and chorused, “Good afternoon, cher!”

I purposely call her like that so that we are more familiar so that there is no such thing as a barrier between teacher and student but more to partners. I like to be alone and prefer to be silent ever since I know my teacher. I immediately become chatty because I feel more comfortable, let alone teasing her. It has become my new hobby moment. Not impolite, but when teasing her out, her fierce face was hilarious. It felt like she wanted to be sacked and locked up in the room. Huh? I just found out that packaging is not just for small children. But, my beautiful Miss, so adorable. If l don't remember, she's my teacher, and I'll date her.

I can't believe my teacher is like this. The bell rings.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot that bad boy side of him. "What did you do know?" I asked, taking a seat on the same row but three desks away from him. I didn't want to be too close to him. I might do something insanely stupid. "Teachers are just idiots. They take everything way to seriously." He ignored my question, but gave me a hint that it was a negative attitude with a teacher. "Tell me about it." I muttered with an eye roll. "Tyler Evans." An old small teacher came walking in the classroom. "Why am I not surprised to see you here?" She shook her head disapprovingly but still had a smile on her face.
