Queenie rushed out. ‘You stay out of this, I am still pissed you didn’t tell us about it, we are supposed to be besties’. Pokello queried. ‘Again I’m sorry but no one is beating Andrew. He might be an ass but I still love him’. We all stared at her in horror. ‘I said the big L word’. She said more to herself. ‘And that is not good’. Katie stated ‘You think I don’t know that? I cannot be in love with my teacher’.

"Thank you, Ma'am. I'm just doing what I love to do." Mrs Louisiana smiled again. "You are a remarkable person, Miss Angela. You are truly a blessing to this school and to these children, you are good enough to be out there in a good school but..." "I am honoured to work here,I am glad I am happy to help those children..that's my favourite thing about teaching," she said, her voice full of emotion. Mrs Louisiana smiled at her with admiration. Angela continued. "These kids are so special to me, and I want to do everything I can to help them. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to do that Mrs Louisiana and you founded this school, you are a real life heroine go this children."

Bianca whispered. Miss Hannah sighed and looked at all of them. "Guys?" She called. They all looked at her. "Do you know what really makes a teacher, a teacher?" She asked. No one answered. They all stared at her. "Making her students safe. Caring for them like every parent would" She said. "Wait... What are you implying now? Don't... don't tell me- Tessa paused, and shook her head. "Nora...Yes, I need to keep her safe. She feels sorry but just wanna act strong. Maybe, survival of the fittest applies to her thinking. Love y'all and please, stay safe...my kids" She smiled.

He paused, then looked at me with such warmth and devotion it made my heart ache. "Your mother taught me that, little one. She taught me that love is not something you feel. It is something you do. Every single day. Especially on the days when it is difficult." Elara followed his gaze to me, her eyes soft with reverence. "And you taught me that too, Mama. That love means staying. Even when it hurts. That is the greatest gift you ever gave me. The knowledge that I am loved… always. No matter what."

"You said he's a professor who takes a bunch of different courses in your department. Why call him a teacher?" I shifted my gaze to Livia, wondering how she would dig herself out of this one. But she was already looking straight at me. "Other people just read off slides to pass the time and get the lecture over with," Livia said softly, a genuine, faint smile tugged her lips. "But when he speaks... you can see it in his eyes. He genuinely cares if we understand the material, not just that we hear it. It’s like he truly loves to teach."

Even though I wasn't as interested in sports or robotics, I felt relieved that we were talking about something other than girls. I asked the triplets if they knew anything about the teachers at the school, hoping to get some insight into what to expect. Finn said he had heard that Mr. Johnson was the toughest English teacher in the school, but Aiden added that he was fair and always pushed his students to do better. Liam mentioned that Ms. Lee, the science teacher, was known for her fun experiments, and Finn said that he had heard Mr. Patel, the math teacher, was a bit of a hardass.

Anybody who didn’t know about her other side, would mistake her for a typical homemaker, or perhaps one of those cheap house-maids from Bangladesh that could now be seen in most of the middle-class households in our town and elsewhere in the state. “Thank you ma’am,” I responded. In the teaching profession, addressing your colleagues as sir and ma’am is an epidemic we need to get over. It instantly spreads a layer of illusion – that the only feeling you can have for the person you are talking to is respect. Respect is a good feeling to have, but love, which indeed is the mother of respect, is better! But then, love and all other feelings are meant for other human beings! Not for people in th

I learned that it is better to sit in the front, that way I can hear the teacher better and not be distracted by everyone else in the class as well. “Okay everyone, settle down. Class is in session,” said Mrs. K. Mrs. K is the coolest teacher in the school. She keeps it real with us when she talks to us, which makes us laugh and love her even more. She literally treats us like her own kids. When it is a student’s birthday, she will buy them a gift. She is also always there when we need someone to talk to. One time I was close to telling her about the photo problem I am currently facing but decided not to because I feared that it might put her in danger.

I said simply, and smiled at her, and she looked at me for a moment and then smiled back and let it go, which was one of the things about Freya I would never take for granted, she always knew when to push and when to simply be happy for you. The next morning came with the particular energy of a Monday that had something in it, and Miss Lily stood at the front of the classroom with her hands clasped and the expression of someone delivering news she was genuinely excited about, her energy infectious in the way it always was, the kind of teacher who made early morning classes feel worth attending.

Walker asked and they all looked at me, waiting for an answer. I opened my mouth, and let the words flow out of my mouth."A teacher of mine inspired me to pursue my dream of helping my students find their path, and eventually achieve their dreams someday. She said that in school, we become the students' family and guardians. It is our responsibility to guide them. I believe that in order to become a good teacher, we must show our students that we care about them rather than just teaching them and letting them do whatever they want outside of the classroom. To become a good student, one must become a good person first. I know what I did is wrong, but I will do it again if that means saving my
