You'll understand this more as you read the book! In addition, I only use the term 'werewolf' in this story but they are not the traditional lore that is 'cursed' or a 'beast'. They are more of shifters, like of lycans who can control their transformations from humans to wolves or vice versa. To put it simply, they are like the 'wolves' of Twilight with special gifts so I call them werewolves in this book. Thank you and enjoy reading!

I admired some of the old classics and new books as my eyes wandered over every title. I had gathered a stack of books in my hand, picking ones I wanted to read and taking them out. So far, I had five books that I found would pique my interest such as Alice in Wonderland, Pride and Prejudice and the Maze Runner. All of these books were human and I admired the wide selection of books that this room had. I tried to find one that was all about werewolves like the library back at my pack had and only seemed to find one that was labelled 'As Old As Time Will Tell' written by none other than one of the eldest werewolf alive which was 'Herbert Vanderlin'. In the blurb, it states his life as an old

The rest of the world could have burned down, and in here, it would still smell like old paper and ink. Perfect. I’d pulled three entire stacks of books around me, a fortress of leather bindings and worn pages: histories of werewolves, dense texts on Lycans, thin, brittle pamphlets about old bloodlines, even obscure case studies of wolfless wolves and the rare, desperate stories of those who’d somehow triggered their first shift late in life. None of it helped.

She thought maybe she could see some things that could break the bond. She walked to the shelves and searched around for any books that involved werewolves. She picked up a book from the shelf. The book had a picture of a black wolf in front of the title. "Werewolves rule." She remembered that she had seen the book before. The book was for anyone who had just transformed for the first time. It was for the new wolves to know and follow certain rules. "Maybe it might have something to do with how to break it." She said , flipping the book. It was a book with a lot of tiny writing. She flipped it for some time, until she got bored. She was about to drop it when something caught her attention.

That's probably how a mother always reacts to her daughter. "Let's take a seat, Dad," I said, sitting in front of them and trying to absorb them. They are now 100 years old, yet they still appear young. I suppose that's how werewolves are, immortal like vampires and other living things. "So, what's the deal with the unexpected visit, Dad?" I came across different books about werewolves, witches, Lycans, vampires and even hybrids and many more I had no idea existed like the fairies and fox shapeshifters. Although I wanted to read them all now I knew it wasn't possible so I picked out a book that was titled ‘THE FEUD BETWEEN TWO WORLDS’ this was written in big bold engraved like the font on the hard black cover then there was another title underneath ‘THE WOLVES AND THE VAMPIRES’
