The CEO’s Regret: My Ex-Wife is the Hidden Tycoon

The CEO’s Regret: My Ex-Wife is the Hidden Tycoon

A single gangplank of perforated aluminum lowered itself onto our landing with a sharp, echoing clack. Down the ramp walked the Administrator. He did not wear the silk suit of my father’s branch, nor the heavy wool of the Executors. He wore a simple, unblemished coat of dark charcoal felt, and his face was not a mask of parchment—it was the face of an old man, his skin mapped with a network of fine, pale lines that looked exactly like the grid-lines of a master ledger. His eyes were not violet glass, but a flat, pale grey that seemed to calculate the mineral value of the iron stone beneath his feet with a single glance. He carried nothing but a small leather c

The First Heir

The First Heir

“Hey, Administrator Forrest, it's just a jade pendant. Just accept it as goodwill from Young Master Berry. This will only be known between us.” Suddenly, the other tall and thin middle-aged man next to Jon said with a chuckle. Simon Fuller was one of the six administrators.

love this book...the way the writer builds up the characters most especially the ML..but i was wondering why would the ML have to endure such humiliations from his inlaws when he could just show them his real 'him' as well and the enormous power that he holds considering the status of his family...w

Delivery of Fate

Delivery of Fate

He always has a serious expression; never a smile could be seen on his aging face. “I’m Mr. Forester Yee, former COO of this great company. I’ve been demoted to acting CIO for the time being.” He is in his mid-fifties, fit and muscular, with light brown hair and a touch of gray showing. He smiled at Claire and the other two women with slight disdain. “I’m Mr. Joseph Perry, Chief Administrator. A pleasure to make your acquaintance.” He’s in his late forties with a total amount of dark brown hair, but his body is fit and muscular, protruding from his tailored suit. He gave the aura of a bodyguard.

The Internet

The Internet

“Ensure that most of them are not panicking and give the impression that the systems are running. Get someone to check on each of our client’s impressions since the last ten minutes and bring the report to me personally.” “All right, sir.” The burly administrator left his office with stiffened intent. Not long after Kehinde had gone, he brought his PC out of his briefcase, flipped it open, and powered it on. After it booted and the password was imputed, he opened his private server with the Admin Dashboard to check on the operations for the last twenty minutes. And he found a glitch between the ninth and eleventh minute. And so he ran a Problem-oriented action which read each second of opera

Never Be the Same

Never Be the Same

I need to do this as fast as I can so that we can finish this case immediately. When I finally reached the administrator’s office, I went in, but what shocked me was when I saw Amelia inside, and it seemed like she was also talking to the administrator, but stopped when she saw me. I gave them both a polite smile, and the administrator motioned Amelia to move and she called for me.

The Colors Of Resilience

The room went still. Max glanced toward the door. “That timing is suspicious.” Sarah stood. “I’ll get it.” She opened the door. Two people stood in the hallway. Both wearing administrative badges. Max immediately straightened. “…Well.” Sarah’s voice was polite but careful. “Can we help you?” One of the administrators spoke. “We’re looking for President Wren.” Oliver stepped forward. “That’s me.” The administrator nodded. “I’m Dean Keller.” He gestured to the woman beside him.

Moon Light Tale

Moon Light Tale

I watched Admiral walk closer to the admin then reached for the circle he was holding and looked at me. "You will take care of him, I still have a lot of paperwork to sort out in the office." He said and smiled at me. "See you later, Moon." He said then walked out of the room where Admin and I were. Admin approached me with a smile while holding the circle containing my fake memory. "Hopefully we not will reach this Moon if you don't just help Dark. "he said and took a deep breath then stood up. "Don't worry, it's not mass--"

Striding Spirits

The institution he had once called home seemed to have moved on without him, leaving Vicky feeling like a ghost hovering on the periphery. Vicky's eyes welled up with unshed tears as he realized his mistake. He had trusted the Administrator too much, blinded by his charm and promises. Now, he saw the truth - the Administrator's greed and cunning nature. BULLIED BY THE ALPHA PRINCE

BULLIED BY THE ALPHA PRINCE

She appears quite different from her usual self, smaller and clearly troubled by something, her form trembling with unease. “You called for me?” I say, raising a brow while walking further in with caution, until I’m standing right next to Juliet. The Administrator lets out a deep and heavy breath before pulling off his glasses and massaging his temples. Definitely not a good sign. “Miss Hawthrone.” “Yes, sir?” “I’ll cut right to the chase. None of us have the time to waste on this matter anymore.” I look between him and his secretary, and then Juliet who avoids my gaze still.

This book is chefs kiss. This is one of the few books we’re the main female character isn’t a push over. She doesn’t always make the best decisions put she makes the tough one. The whole story line flows well and each character has a unique story behind them. I cannot wait when the book is completed
