He gave a small smirk as he pulled me back, till I was caged between his body and the cold glass that contained the drawers of watch displays. "Arrogance, huh? Let's teach you humility, then, sweetheart." I have never heard more chilling words. At the ripe age of twenty-six, I thought I had felt everything there was for a woman to feel. Butterflies, desire, and recently, orgasms. This... this was a whole fucking discovery.

"I'm not here to fight. You really thought locking the door and using a dresser as a makeshift barricade would keep me out forever? “Oh, yeah? This from someone who will be babysitting a 19-year-old girl.” I looked at him defiantly. He turned and gave me an ugly look. We weren't that far away so we were able to have a staring battle. “It's sad that you are 19 years old and need one, don't you think?,” he smiled superiorly at me and all I did was look at him angrily. It couldn't be that we barely spoke for 10 minutes and he already seemed like the most arrogant person in the world. I tried to think of my mother and her rule of being nice to everyone, but he was so arrogant that it was impossible.
