Novelas y relatos de The Alpha King's Rejected Mate

It was a somber moment and I never realized how much this pack had betted on my best friend becoming Queen. “What of this Mate she has supposedly found.” The Alpha King asked coldly, raising his eyes angrily and turning his attention to me, glaring furiously. Startled, I took a step back, my eyes wide with alarm. “Ahh, well, he’s an America. His name is Lucca Mariano.” I pulled out my phone and quickly Googled my friend’s mate. I chose the photo from Architectural Digest, the one of him standing in front of the castle, I had to admit, he was absolutely gorgeous. Strong, dark, and handsome, everything an Alpha should be. I handed my phone over to the Alpha King and watched him silently as he

“Yet you did it anyway.” His expression remained respectful. “Because the matter can no longer be ignored.” I walked toward the window. Outside, several members of the household staff were unloading luggage from the convoy, and my mind went somewhere else entirely. To the forest. To the woman I found there. My mate. I already had a Luna Queen somewhere in Lunavale, the Council simply didn't know it. And I wasn't about to tell them. At least not yet. Until I found her, announcing that the Alpha King's mate existed would only create questions I couldn't answer and possibly put her in danger.

Stella replied, bowing slightly. “What would you like as a reward?” Alex asked, his voice carrying across the room. Before Stella could respond, another elder spoke up, his voice loud and deliberate. “What if Stella were made the mate of our Alpha King? After all, he has not named anyone since the last incident.” The room fell silent for a moment before erupting into murmurs of agreement. “Yes, yes,” several voices said. Alex raised a hand, and the room fell quiet. “I think the decision of who becomes my mate is mine alone to make,” Alex said, his tone cold and final.

Like how do you even do it? Even with my fated mate, I never told her that I love her. To be blunt, I was a jerk in the past to my mate. When she came, I just accepted her because a mate is very important for an Alpha King. Alphas can reject their mates and face the consequences with full-on force, we can't. A mate is important. My mate was sweet and cute. But I never felt this way for her. Will you hate me if I confess I was relieved she died during a Rogue attack?

I could see her face even now that I was far from home, regal, flawless, she was the Alpha Queen that led the pack with an iron smile and when her beloved daughter was supposed to be mated, she would be disappointed. Last night was terrible, it felt like one of my hardest training yet, especially when I stumbled past Rogue territory. I knew the stories, they were wolves with no pack, brutal, they’d lost their mind and wouldn’t hesitate to tear a lonely female apart with their teeth but I would pick that over being marked by Alpha Gideon. He was the most disgusting man I had ever met in my entire life and the last thing I wanted was to be stuck with him. Just as I crossed the border, the scen

Jayden flowed freely with all these, and I could see the confusion in the eyes of other Alphas who came by on his invitation. How would an acting Alpha pass down his position to his mistress? Where had that been done before? But of course I didn't care about how they delt with it. "Was that the last invited Alpha?" I asked Jayden after the Alpha of Crystalstone pack had left us. He nodded. "We could count this ceremony as good as done." "Oh,darling," I muttered, wrapping my hand around him and offering him a lengthy kiss. Then I untangled and looked earnestly into his eyes. "This is for the best, you know that."

I grinned at him, my knuckles cracking as though I was ready to lunge at him. He saw this, and it stirred him the more, exactly what I wanted. “I'm not like you Dorian, I am the Alpha king, a king of Alphas. An Alpha of Alphas. You don't expect me to stoop too low at your pace” he explained to me but I shrug it off, giving no consent to what he said. I cared less about his power status, what I wanted was just my mate, so why the hell was it so fucking hard for him to grab?

When we are situated, Ivy is on my lap for protection and to keep me calm, I ask what is going on. “I thought we needed to have this conversation in person, Alpha King Isaiah. I am afraid the Council cannot condone you having a peace risk as your mate. I must insist on your rejecting the girl and sending her back to the Fae Kingdom. King Edor has made it abundantly clear that he will go to war if his step daughter is not returned within the next three days. And I must say I am very disappointed! You stole her from her family without their or her permission.” He shakes his head and the room is quiet after his words. What the fuck!

I replied dejectedly. "Don't lose hope, Eleanor. I know several stories of girls who were rejected by their mates and the Moon Goddess gave them a better and more powerful second chance mate, maybe you and the alpha king..." I interrupted her before Amber could finish the sentence. "The alpha king and I are just a pre-established contract. Do you know what he does with women who don't give him children? He sends them to the Valley of Dry Bones... They are rejected and cannot have a second chance mate. Wake up, Amber! Being in the palace is not a wonder. I'm trapped in here and I'll never be able to have a mate again because even when they are rejected, the alpha king's women still belong to

After what I assume are long hours of crying I finally calmed down "he doesn't want to be with me,but I'm his mate ,his other half, right?" " Yes ,you were made for him just like he was made for you Eden and there has never been a pure breed that has had a human as a mate ,a powerful wolf like him deserves someone just as powerful like Tatiana or Sarai who are daughters of Alpha's not a human Eden",he says smiling sadly. " What am I supposed to do ,what am I supposed to do with how I'm feeling, all these feelings inside?", " You don't love him , it's just mate bound , accept that he is rejecting you Eden ,he doesn't love you",he says ,like rubbing salt on a wound .
