The Alpha's Contract Taylor West の小説・ストーリー

He cocked a brow at me, but kept his questions to himself. “Who are we abducting?” “Jefferson Scott. The Alpha of Winter-hill pack.” I could read a million and one questions in his eyes. “How do we begin?” he questioned, and I couldn’t help but smile. * It was early the next morning when I returned to my chambers. “Where were you?” Rosalia questioned the moment I stepped in.

He ruffled and sigh pathetically before crossing his legs together. "Don't worry my son, I am working things out for you. Very soon, you will be the owner of everything" she grinned wickedly as she sip from the drink she was holding. "But how long do I have to wait? Very soon he will be chosen as the next Alpha of the pack and I will still have to exercise patients. Even when his mother is not alive he got everything, mother you are alive and I get nothing." "Don't worry I have everything under control Alexander won't be chosen as the next Alpha. He doesn't have a mate yet or a wife to fill the space of Luna to be."

I trembled, nodding my head at her and her eyes glinted in excitement. “I'll do it.” I blurted out the most difficult words of my life and let the tears spill. “Good baby girl, I love your decision, smart ass!” “Please delete the video about Raven please…p.. please.” I croaked helplessly, I thought this was the end of the tough journey, stepping down as Luna but I was fucking stupid not to notice that Felix had other plans. “Not so fast sweetheart. You're going to tell the Alpha that, yelling to his face to sign the contract and let you go.”

I masked my weakness and straightened my spine. "Lord Kyle," I greeted, nodding to the council leader. The powerful elders studied me like prey. "You've done exceptional work, Alpha Cassian," Kyle began, voice booming. "The Supreme Alpha elections are in two days. Your reforms have strengthened the alliance." I forced a smile as they praised my initiatives one by one. But my focus fractured when Adrian's link slammed through again, panic in his every word. "Alpha. We recovered partial footage. You need to see this. Now."

Cliff called my title impatiently, his voice carrying a hint of threat and warning. I could clearly sense him exerting his Alpha aura. But my wolf had no intention of submitting. "Do you want to fully unleash your Alpha aura on your Luna here?" I asked with a cold smile. His face turned a bit ugly, clearly angered by my attitude. He glared at me fiercely before turning and leaving the room, slamming the door shut. I looked at the closed door, immediately picked up my phone, and dialed Theodore Kimmons. Currently, he was just an ordinary werewolf who ran a medium-sized company.

I nodded because I was already fed up with the whole thing. I needed a clean bath, clean clothes, food, and a bed to sleep. I also need to plan my next step. Where to stay? What to do? I had a long way to go and it made my heart heavy and my eyes sting with tears. The Alpha cleared his throat. "Since the apologies are all done, I'm Ryker, the Alpha of the Blue Moon pack, and this is Bradford, my beta and best friend." For a moment, I hesitated. I didn't know if I should reveal my name or not. What if Luca decides to follow me here? I wriggled my partially numbed fingers, "Rowena." I whispered.

"Have you forgotten you are not my wife? Should I bring out the contract so you can read the clause that says either of us is free to do whatever we want now that I am CEO?" "Even if we have an agreement you should at least consider my feelings!" My voice cracked. "That woman looks younger than me and judging by the bags she brought she is not leaving anytime soon. And you want me to serve her like a maid?" Flynn's arms went akimbo. "You had better make sure she does not find out what is between us Taylor. Keep that mouth of yours sealed or else..." "Or else what?" I asked. Something in my voice surprised him. It surprised me too.

I pass a copy of the contractual agreement to my warrior who tosses it on Alpha Cory’s desk. His hands shake in rage, his Beta is equally angry, but I continue. Both men are acting like children who got caught with their hand in the cookie jar. We reviewed the agreement in its entirety, and I confirmed with Alpha Cory that it was his signature on the document. “Great so now that we have that figured out, let’s take a look around the property, shall we?”. Alpha Cory stands and walks around his desk, “If you want to look around, go ahead. The Beta will show you the place. For now, I have some calls I need to make,” he says as he pushes us out of his office.

The Alpha pushes Taylor onto a couch and sits across from her. With piercing eyes, he stares into her face. "And now I want to hear that deal from you. When we get down to business, you can give me the names of the women."…

Alpha Taylor is captured by Beta Jacob earlier, and I don’t know where he brought him. “Y-You really mean it? You will let Alpha Taylor get out of this pack alive?” My heart rapidly paced in hope. “You will do that?” I aggressively asked because he was only smirking in my direction. “How can I make sure you will do your end of the deal?”
