The Art Of War Book Reviews の小説・ストーリー

Taz turn on a small torchlight which he had taken along with him before sneaking inside the sacred library. Every book in the library was about the blood moon beast. Despite the alikeness of all the books, there was a particular one that caught Taz's attention. It was a grey book with ancient inscriptions. He pulled it out, dusted it and hid it inside his garment and hurried out of the hidden room. Unknown to Taz, as he walked out of the room through the secret door and out of the library, the secret room disappeared and there was no secret library there anymore.

In lieu of being able to ask him myself, I needed to be as certain as I could be of what he would want. Holding the book close like a treasure, I fully intended to check it out, but, deciding to wait for Cathy, to see whatever she uncovered, I sat down at one of the tables near the front of the library, and opened the book. I am a man of decision, the book began. In times of war, even a moment of hesitation could lead to a death. With good warriors under my charge, I would never risk it. “Aria?” I lifted my head up from the book and looked straight into Matt’s face.

"I was skeptical at first, but your book completely drew me in. I loved every minute of it!" "Your writing is so raw and honest, it's like you're speaking directly to my soul. Thank you for sharing your story with the world!" "I just wanted to say thank you for writing such an inspiring book. You've given me the courage to pursue my own dreams and I'm forever grateful!" As I read through the comments, I felt a sense of pride and accomplishment wash over me. I had poured my heart and soul into my book, and it was amazing to see that it had resonated with so many people.

Returning back to our conversation, I raise an eyebrow “How do you mean?” Flipping through the pages until she gets to the one she needs, she points to a passage and turns the book to me. “Well, here, where he talks about deception as a key tactic. It seems rather manipulative.” My eyes focus on her clean, slender fingers instead of the passage of the book she's showing me and when she drops her hand down, I know I completely missed the point. It's not like she noticed where my eyes were trained, anyway. “In war, deception can be a powerful tool. It's not about manipulation, but rather about gaining an advantage over your opponent.”

He bid Noah goodnight. 'The supreme art of war is to subdue your enemy without fighting.' -Sun Tzu, Art of War. Noah was getting to know him. Noah was getting to know Calvin too.

When she found it, she took it home with her. The Art of War was a famous ancient Chinese text written by Sun Tzu, a general who served as the Chancellor of Shu during the Sixteen Kingdoms period. In the book, Sun Tzu wrote about war and strategy. One of the greatest lessons he taught was to remain calm, even when facing your enemies. Jewel opened up the book and turned to chapter four. It was titled, "Know Your Enemy."

I felt like my insides were going to burn with the amount of anger and jealousy I was feeling at this moment. A shadow soon cast over the table as I looked up to see my father standing there with a smile on his face. “Hey Dad,” I smiled as he nodded and his eyes darted to the book in my hands. “The art of war,” he strained while falling into the seat across from me. “Not a bad book from what people have said.” I stared at him with wide eyes. “You haven’t read it?” He chuckled. “Nope.” I looked at the book once again before dropping it slowly onto the table. “But… you’re a leader.”
