The Bear A Novel Novels & Stories

Oh no! I turned swiftly and ran to the other end of the forest. The bear, which was apparently Callisto, jumped out of her burrow and sped to me. I could feel my heart pounding out of my chest and my legs were moving faster than the wind. I wanted to just disappear or fly but I was scared to death to even attempt magic on myself. I hit the wall I had met earlier. I was dazed for a split second. When I returned to my senses and wanted to run for it again, the bear cornered me. She shined her teeth that were as white as snow and her claws that were as sharp as knives.

If they couldn't get her a new kidney, everything else they do would only delay her death. Lena cried and still didn't forget to say, "My daughter's going to National University! She can't die! Wake up, Tess! You're my hope! I've given you everything I can! You can't abandon me like this!" When I saw Lena collapse and go mad, listening to all her cries and despair, my heart felt… at peace. Oh, Lena. You finally had a taste of what I went through last time. The despair that crushed my heart. I thought Lena and Tess finally got what they deserved. I was going to sell the house and move far away, so that we didn't have to interact with Lena and Tess anymore.

Noah asked turning towards Cole. He nodded giving Noah a thumbs up. “Yeah, I’m good.” Noah shifted as well, a grey wolf in all its glory, the same as Hayes. They don’t hesitate. They both leapt towards the bear each taking a side. They go for the throat, sinking their fangs into its hairy neck. They each rip out of flesh from the bear’s neck, blood spilling all over the floor. The bear roared weakly out of pain desperately trying to shake them off but it couldn’t. My lips trembled. It was a gruesome sight. Suddenly a pair of hands covered my eyes.

I was on my feet in seconds, crouched low to the ground as my wolf eyed the approaching bear for the best opening. Observing the stark difference in size as the gargantuan grizzly ambled forth, I immediately noticed how he was almost double in size compared to his friend who was on his last leg a few feet away. The brown bear charged me without warning, but I was ready. My wolf’s agile movements were enough to dodge the incoming attack, and I used the bear’s distraction to my benefit as I angled myself in the perfect position to strike out at his vulnerable front. Vicious fulfilment suffused my being as my wolf’s canines found purchase and the bear’s answering anguish filled the air. I pushe

said Hans, with a satisfied face. "You're right... We are lucky because Dira also prefers to live with us here," Aefar replied, smiling while stroking Anindira's hair. "You're right," Hans smiled proudly. "Hans, you must have gone hunting quite far..." said Halvir. ''Eum... I found a bear that was hibernating, but it's still very difficult to find the whereabouts of other animals. It seems they haven't returned from migration yet,'' Hans replied, he added to his words while tearing the bear, skinning it, and processing it for cooking.

That's when Rick spotted a Grizzly bear. "Do not move; stand still;” Jack trailed Ricks's eyes and looked into the bear's eyes, which was staring at them like they were a meal; it had moved closer as it revealed its sharp razor-like teeth; where is that gun? "have you ever used something like this before?"

If only I had held onto Finnick’s hand, perhaps he wouldn’t be in this position. Suddenly, a strange growl interrupted us, and I jumped in surprise. “Mommy!” Finnick screamed. The growl had come from behind us. My entire body shook as I turned around and pointed my flashlight in the direction of the sound, and then my eyes widened in horror. It was a bear. The beast’s eyes flashed green and it growled again as it shifted a little from the light beam. This time, the sound was louder, and I caught a glimpse of the animal’s teeth as is widened its mouth.

What would a Bear be- I turned around swiftly and sure enough, there was a Bear, just in front of Alex, crouching beside him and oggling at his face. What the hell? At first when Alex noticed it, his face contorted in fear, ready to scream bloody murder but the sound died in his voice. All the while, the Bear did nothing but stare at him, before dipping it head lower and nuzzling its big nose on Alex's face. Alex shrank away in fear, but at the Bears second try, he did not recoil, rather embraced it. They both stayed like that for long time, Alex finding peace and solace in the warmth of the Bears thick coat of shiny chocolate brown fur.

The bear kept coming to me like a hungry predator that has found its prey. The bear raised its feet revealing its claws. I closed my eyes hoping for my death to come. Suddenly, I heard a loud cry from the bear. At first, I was shocked, and I opened my eyes to see what just happened. I met the bear on the floor fighting for its life with an arrow wound on the left side of its body. "What the hell just happened?" I thought seeing the bear on the floor now lifeless. Then, I heard a voice in my mind, saying, I heard you crying, then I came to save you.

It's not that I was squeamish or shy, I just got tired of looking at the bare asses of martinets and listening to their greasy jokes day after day. - Now the "guests" of the inspectors are being let in here. And while there was no one, I lived. - The Bear said with some longing in his voice. I understand nostalgia. “Go take a shower,” Kitty snapped, breaking the idyll. - From you sperm carries a kilometer. - Pasha, is the room suitable? - asked the Bear, nodding in agreement to the girl, and pulled off his T-shirt before going to the shower. Mmm, what tempting cubes on his abs. That's not what I was thinking...
