Novel & Cerita The Beginning After The End Jasmine

“That’s different.” “Oh, stop with the guilt trip!” Jasmine snapped, dumping herself into a chair. “You barely knew the woman. Then when you did finally get to know her, she came on too strong, making you want to retreat, not open up. I’d have done the same thing. Besides,” she looked away. “Look how she turned out.” A shaky sigh came from the bed. “Jayems thinks there’s this drug...”

Jasmine smirked before her eyes became pitch black, shocking Laila as she saw the sclera of Jasmine's eyes becoming dark purple. Holding her neck, with her right hand, Jasmine lifted Laila in the air before she placed her head under the fountain water, suffocating her. "Sometimes too much knowledge about something is also not good. Goodbye, Laila." Jasmine said before smiling sweetly.

Nicholas ended the call, he stood up and faced the window views. "I'm going to find you…and I will be the end of you. ★ The night was cool and a soothing breeze. Jasmine watched as Nicholas left the house before getting into her car. She wanted to find out where he was going and who he wanted to met. She wouldn't just sit back and watch him move around when he married her. When the car stopped, she stopped also and saw a beautiful lady getting out from a beautiful apartment. All of this were pointless to her, she turned her back and drove home in hurt.

The crowd clapped, and someone whistled; Jasmine just gave a strained smile and turned toward Haley. “I’m tired,” she said quietly. “I want to go home.” Haley, to her credit, didn’t push. “Same. I’m crashing. I have carried Gerald’s legacy on my back long enough.” The ride home was… awkwardly quiet. Jasmine didn’t say a word. She sat beside me but didn’t touch or look at me. Haley, blissfully unaware of the tension, kept humming along to whatever was in her AirPods, completely unfazed as usual.

CHAPTER FIVE Jasmine stood frozen for a moment after Lucas left. The sound of the door shutting echoed through the room, snapping her out of her daze. She tightened her grip on the divorce papers, her emotions caught somewhere between relief and sorrow. "Are you okay?" Mrs. Ray asked, her tone gentle yet concerned. Jasmine gave a small nod. "I’m fine, thank you for everything, Mrs. Ray. I should get going now." Mrs. Ray hesitated but eventually let her leave. Jasmine stepped outside, greeted by the cool afternoon air. She took a deep breath, trying to steady herself. It was over, but the weight of what she had lost—and what she had yet to face—felt heavier than ever.

She pulled me out of the car then pulled me towards thevtop o this hill. "Wow~" I couldn't help but to be at awe while looking at the sceneries in front of me. "It's pretty, right?" Nodding my head, I agree with her. This view of rhe city and the sea. I think this will be one of the beautiful scenario I've ever seen. "By the way...." Jasmine started talking about the companies then Venice, who's still on her honey moon. We talked for a bit before stopping when suddenly her phone rang.

Jabal asked "Right," Jamal said "No, left" Jasmine replied "Why don't we keep going?. I mean without taking a turn" Ariana said Jasmine rolled her eyes. "Can we start going now?" Jabal chuckled. "Impatient as usual" Jasmine ignored him. She is too tired to want to start an argument with him. She placed her headset and left the rest. The rest had to hasten their footsteps to get to her. **

Everything looks so boring now that Bella has gone to her parents, and I can't wait for her to come back. I went to the bathroom, filled the bathtub with warm water, and threw in a coconut bath bomb. I walked to the kitchen, got a glass of white wine, went to the bathroom, put on some music, removed my clothes, and got into the bathtub, feeling my muscles relax while listening to music and just enjoying the peace.

“I’m just getting started.” --- Beyond the window, night slowly descended. Jasmine gazed at her reflection in the glass—her new face, her old gaze now enriched by experience. She had not demanded anything yet. Had not spoken any names. Had not moved a single piece of revenge. But one thing was certain: Jasmine had returned to the world. With the same identity. And with a position that could no longer be ignored. Her first step was not a scream. But understanding. And that was far more dangerous. To be continued…

“Are you sure! You may not know this but I have seen this man go lengths for you that even for his sister he wouldn’t go. Would you like to watch?” These words were the last she heard before she was knocked out cold. Everything that followed in the minutes after that were a big fat blur. Faintly she could hear the sound of gunshots. She felt she was being moved. She heard people talking, maybe screaming, in both Italian and English. She heard Marcelo voice in her ear begging her to not be dead cause their story has not even started yet. She heard more gunshots. In her half consciousness, everything seemed to be happening in a the same timeframe. And then, she blacked out completely. Jasmine
