The Beloved Novel Novels & Stories

The first novel I read was by Louisa May Alcott; Little Woman, and then moved on to other feminist novels such as Handmaid's Tale and Pride and Prejudice—the book I'm holding right now. Well, I shouldn't be going around the library looking for a novel I like because what I'm supposed to be doing is taking care of a crazy bastard named Rhysand del Millero, who's on the phone. But I don't want to do that. I'd rather buy time with the books in front of me until the helicopter he's waiting for comes over to the bullshit he started. Damn, I hate this situation. I hate being stuck with a domineering, powerful man who loves to be heard more than to hear, and hates that I can't do anything.

room had come back to life. I prayed in my heart that everything would be fine with her. After minutes of chat with them, I picked up a novel to read. For over months now i had not read any new novel which was unlike me. It was titled Blood moon. I laid on my bed as I slipped into another world. Reading novel was one thing I loved doing since I was little. I did it as a hobby or whenever I wanted to cool my head. After bed time I would hide under the tucked bed sheet with my little Torchlight to read my novel.

Grinning, he planned what he would send to Amy and ordered the gifts from some shops. It would be a war to win her heart. Well, maybe it wasn’t an accurate term, as Amy confessed she loved him. It was a war to make her choose him. At least he had something to do. He wouldn’t give up until the last day. So, Amy received another gift that day. It was a diamond jewelry set. The note was short: ‘I hope you like this since it’s who you are to me: my precious one.’ Vivian nodded to see the gift. “At least he has a good taste. Try it!”

It wasn't supposed to be like this. Nova sighed. "Admit it. You're still thinking about Serena." Forrest froze. It hit him that as he looked for a she-wolf to spend the night with, the first person to cross his mind was no longer Aurelia, the one he used to crave. It was… Serena.

I've never read any of them. It was only after he spoke that I realize he was behind me. I thought he was still sitting on the bed. I run my hands over the book, my eyes catching the titles, A fresh Start, For Mbatha and Rebecca, Agony in get voice, Felicia, The betrayal, for better for worse, Evbu my love... I pulled Evbu, my love out. It's actually my best pacesetter novel. I flipped through the pages and sniffed it.

I pulled out the top drawer and found out he actually brought two novels. "Wanted you to make a choice" he said as he took notice of my surprise. It was very thoughtful of him and I thought he was being a sweet, elder brother but I ended up just saying "I see" I got out the two. One had a dark paperback and was titled 'lovelorn' by a certain Loveth Brown. I felt the publisher could have done better and I didn't quite like the title. It seems to already tell the whole story. So whatever it is that she wrote in the 249 pages of the book, would only modify that word. I couldn't subject myself to read what I already think I know how the plot would go and probably how it would end. I know they sa

I stare at the final panel, my tears dripping onto the page. “She let him die,” I whisper. My throat closes. “She let him die alone.” I press the book to my chest and sob, rocking back and forth like a child.

She pushed the confusing feeling aside and replied with a shake of her head, "I had no idea this was one of your favorites, Eli. I simply saw it on the shelf and brought it along." She then showed him the book she was holding, titled "I Am Waiting For You", before adding, "I love reading this book whenever I come to the library." Elliott's breathing hitched slightly, realizing that this was the very novel she had once enjoyed reading. Seraphine, oblivious to Elliott's reaction, explained with a smile, "I'm completely drawn to the main couple of the story. Their love keeps them apart—one sacrifices everything, and the other pursues him passionately but can never truly reach his side.
