My Second Chance Mate Is My Nemesis

My Second Chance Mate Is My Nemesis

Eyes red, lips swollen, skin pale and exhausted. Not a Luna. Not a warrior. Just a shattered girl in a golden cage. The worst mistake she had ever made was coming to the House of Veylor that very day. If she had stayed back home, then Draekon would have married his DragonBorn chosen mate, and she wouldn't have caught Dione in that position that broke her heart up until now. She only wanted to show Dione the scroll that had been sent to her from Vexley Keep that morning. Their final examinations had been graded, and she was the best student amongst the 67th Beta set. She was finally going to reclaim her father's position as Beta, and she couldn't be happier.

Kindred Spirits: The Alpha King's Bad Luck

he shrugged with a smile on his face and for him that could only mean one thing, drama. “Man, you should have been here, you missed the drama that just happened now, you see the little boy you know, Mr. party, that girl he was standing with on stage was not his mate. His mate came in here and rejected him in front of everyone, it was hilarious, it seemed like the Alpha and Luna didn't even know he had a mate and the boy looked like he wanted to cry when the girl rejected him.” Oh, Damon with the drama. “I am thinking the blond with the boy was the reason the hot girl rejected him and humiliated him like that. I wish you could have met her man; she has balls!” Fine, this meant one thing. That

Lysandra replied, defensive. “Exactly.” His voice dropped lower. Colder. “You don’t get to compare yourself to her. Ever.” Her composure cracked. “I’m the logical choice, Damian. I always was. She was a mistake born out of debt and sentiment. You know that.” The word mistake echoed in the room. Something in Damian snapped. He leaned in, close enough that she could see the violence barely contained behind his eyes. “She was not a mistake,” he said. “She was the only honest thing that ever walked into my life.”

The Return of Luna

The Return of Luna

The Third Madam was stunned, "Draco, what are you saying?" Draco spoke loudly, "Elder sister, you made a mistake! You were mistaken in being excessively impoverished, which led others to doubt you! If you had enough money, how could anyone suspect that you stole Mrs. Third Madam's Moose Cheese to exchange for money? Proving that you are indeed poor!" Though spoken by a young child, his words stunned everyone, even causing Beta Henry, preparing to reprimand Emma, to show a just expression. Draco's words had effectively diverted attention from Emma, avoiding Beta Henry's scolding and benefiting Draco himself.

The stare he gave Draco made Draco realize he was not ready to answer such a question. “I’m sorry, I will go back to my room now.” Draco said to Damien and walked out of Damien's room. Damien was quiet and dropped the papers as well. He feels it is a scar he will never forget and it’s better he doesn't talk about it. ********************* “Wood.” Rose screamed as she saw how beautiful Kimberly looked in her red dress. “How do I look?” Kimberly asked her. “You look beautiful.” Rose said to Kimberly and the other maids that were dressing her were also in agreement to what Rose said.

Dragon Prince's Heart

Dragon Prince's Heart

Leonard just laughed as he dodged the pillow that Astrid threw at him. “Never mind, stop sulking, my beautiful queen. Sleep well. Today is pleased because you finally remember me again. Don't worry, and I won't let the dragon take you from me because you are mine. Love me, and your life will be easier,” Leonard chuckled with satisfaction, triumphant. "Get out!" shouted Astrid furiously. Leonard laughed amusedly as he walked out of Astrid's room. Astrid sobbed alone in her bed. "Draco, Draco! Why are we not meant to be together? Why am I the cause of all your suffering? Draco, come quickly and kill me!" cried Astrid over and over again, sobbing.

Geez, Sis. I cried. Why did Albus so cruel to separate Astrid and Draco? At first, I burst out laughing because I read that a dragon can drink beer, but after a while, my tears flowed without me realizing it. Well, It turns out that Astrid had fallen in love with the black dragon. Poor Astrid. Why?

Bound by His Desire: The Mafia King’s Mistress & Secret Heir

Bound by His Desire: The Mafia King’s Mistress & Secret Heir

“Oh, please. Moretti doing a victory dance? I swear, I’d pay to see you do that in front of your men.” “Not happening,” Damien said immediately. But Draco just looked up at him, his big brown eyes impossibly earnest. “Please?” The word slipped through every wall he’d ever built. Elena’s breath caught again. She saw the hesitation in Damien’s face—the tug-of-war between instinct and something softer. And then, slowly, he stood. “Alright,” he muttered, resigned. “But only once.” Draco squealed and began jumping in a circle. Damien followed, awkward at first, his movements stiff and mechanical. But when Draco tripped mid-spin and Damien caught him, the man actually laughed—loudly, freely.

Rejected by the Alpha: Mated to the savage Lycan

"I have kids too. I am no longer the person I was 7 years ago. "I believe you," Draco said. "I will do as you say and find around for any strange sightings in Ontario." He walked to the door. "I do hope we don't go back to the way things were. I, as well as the subjects of the kingdom, prefer this new you." He closed the door gently as he walked out. Mitch groaned. How could a sudden mistake like this put him back?

this is a great storyline. the story has kept me absurd. I love the characters they are well developed and believable. Mitch is rough a ngentle at the same time, and Anna is so strong. I really need you to finish up this storyline, leaving it hanging when he arrives at Anna's old pack is harsh

MY SWEETEST MISTAKE

MY SWEETEST MISTAKE

People had done worse for far less than he had to offer, for less than the mother of his child would stand to gain. “I don’t know why the mistake happened, I only know that it did,” Michaela stated, her pretty white teeth gritted. “But don’t flatter yourself by thinking I would go to such trouble to tie myself to you just to get money. In fact, don’t flatter yourself by assuming I have any idea who you are.” He barked out a laugh. “It’s hardly flattery to assume that a woman who is presumably well-informed and well educated would know who I was. Unless of course, you’re neither of those things.”

Story line is great, character development is always spot on. I won’t gush about this one, it’s good, to be fair, but not my favorite from ES. The turmoil in this one is much tamer than what some of her other books have. Was I sad at some points? Yes, but not properly gutted. Call me a sadist. Lol

This one was so good. I was certain that I wouldn't like the ending because the book is so short. I thought it would feel incomplete but the author did an amazing job of closing off the book. I feel so filled and satisfied with the story after reading it...

The system forces me to be the villain

The system forces me to be the villain

Duncan Hiddleston was a man, but in moments of weakness, Duncan Hiddleston still couldn't hold back his tears. "Do not Cry. Mother has lived too long. No regrets. Mother meeting you is the greatest joy. That's the most regretful thing when I can't meet you. I want to see your brother too, but I can't. Mom endured everything just for the sake of the two. You mean the girl I like is her right?" Duncan Hiddleston nodded slightly. Duncan Hiddleston looked in the direction of Phedra Elizabeth with a proud expression. “You have chosen a very good girl. She didn't lie to me. She went there to help me. I am grateful to her. She changed my mind. She is very cool. That's why you chose her."
