Nate's soothing voice broke in. I still refused to open my eyes. "Verena look at me." He demanded. I shook my head in refusal. "Look. at. me." He repeated, his tone was softer. I slowly opened my eyes and turned to look at him. "It's okay to be scared Verena." Nate comforted. I gulped, my whole body was trembling. The terror of falling down was making it impossible for me to breathe. I looked down again and a fresh wave of panic hit me, I was eighteen stories above the ground.

The woman thought that Deffin was selling out because he had been used by his grandfather earlier. Deffin's hands were already clenched so tightly that his fingers turned white. "You come any closer, I'll throw you down!!!" The woman still paid no heed, even now her fingers had grazed Deffin's broad chest down, caressing the six-pack abs. Not only that, then her lips whispered, "Come on, let's start now, darling." The demon soul, which had been sleeping for a long time, had now awakened. The crimson eyes lit up like flames, then Deffin quickly grabbed the woman by the neck and pushed her up to the guardrail.

“Come here human! Let me eat you now!” Belzer the demon crawl on the ground with his gigantic snake body. I don’t know what to do anymore. I just keep on hiding and running away against the demon. It’s too late when I finally realized that I should’ve obey Lucifer. Now I know why this forest was forbidden. “Lucifer! ‘A resourceful fool, Your Evilness,’ Malachi jeered in Julius’ mind. Julius’ hand flicked backwards, and the carving knife on the nearby table floated into his grasp. He stood over Reed’s body, his expression cold and devoid of any remorse. The demon appeared beside him, short and sturdy, its form crackling with dark energy. Julius began chanting, calling ancient forces to restore the strength Arlen had taken. His voice was low and sharp, the words twisting the air, filling the room with a sense of dread. The ritual called for the heart of his victim. Toward the end of the incantation, Julius would carve it out and consume it.

The demon nodded positively as he cast his eyes downwards in submission.

Rose jumped back into his body and hugged his neck, “I have a bad feeling that Master is trying to kill that ancient demon on his own. If he does that, the miasma will kill him.” Dominic briefly paused as he finally whispered in realization, “Shawn. Shawn is still back there.” With no more words they both rushed to the mansion where Shawn was left with the Master to face the ancient demons alone. “Gallahan,” spoke the ancient demon. It’s bright red eyes brood down upon the Master with a horrifying smile, “So you are ‘her’ descendant. You look pretty strong, very comparable to her but not as experienced.”

The throne that had been pushed away returned to its original position as if nothing had happened. But Calsius had made a blunder. He wasn't the only one in this camp. "Interesting." Standing straight on the throne, the person materialized out of thin air. "I believed I sensed a demon, and I was right. Master had found his way to this floor of the large dungeon, but he didn't anticipate another demon to make a branch dungeon it's home." Rage laughed. "It's a rather powerful demon. I could require the assistance of another summon." "Hmm, I detect human scent as well."
