That snapped me out of it quickly and I looked into his eyes. " Ipsum autem abscondam, donee novis Tempus," Deloris said suddenly, and the rock turned into a black stone. I wasn't feeling the need to touch it anymore, and I was thankful the song stopped playing in my head. Harmon gripped my arm to steady me since I was feeling lightheaded and helped me sit back down.

“I’ll hold them off. You need to activate the stone.” Hazel’s eyes widened in alarm. “What? Damon, no! You can’t face them alone.” “Hazel,” he said, his voice low and steady. “This is the only way. The stone is our last chance.” Before Hazel could argue, another wave of creatures surged toward them. Damon stepped forward, his sword raised, and Hazel had no choice but to move. The air inside the chamber was heavy with energy. The Aether Stone glowed brighter as Hazel approached, its light illuminating the intricate carvings that lined the walls.

Despite the fact that she is trouble and constantly puts him in danger, I can tell by the way he looks at her that she is his compass in this chaos. A snarl rips through the alley before he can respond. As my eyesight improves, I spot three of Damon's wolves, their claws shining and their eyes yellow, coming out of the darkness. With a gravelly voice, the largest one growls, "The kid has the stone." "Give it up, puppy, or we'll tear you to pieces."

The air around us went dark, like the sun had set, even though we knew it hadn't. “Stay calm,” Liam said. I didn't know what was happening. “It must be the bond at work,” Jules said. “It’s trying to break the stone. We all stared at the stone bouncing around on Dagny's palm. The stone cracked right down the center. It split open. A dark shadow rose from the stone. Like a black ghost. A spirit. An ominous feeling swept over us. Serena howled. They could have another child and live a happy life without fearing a cursed soul like me would ruin everything. Out of the blue, Mommy began pounding the coffin in a frenzy. He scrambled out; limping gently, the heavy iron door clanging shut and the bolt sliding home with a final, echoing thud. BECCA’S POV The floor was spinning. I laid there, my face pressed against the cold concrete, tasting copper and dust. My jaw felt like it had been unhinged, and a dull, throbbing heat was radiating from the side of my head.
