The Goddess of Wisdom and creation. (A dark gods novel)

The Goddess of Wisdom and creation. (A dark gods novel)

(Soul bonding) This was the most dangerous spell in this book. There wasn't a tab on it. That made no sense I read the description making sure I wasn't mistaken. This spell could only be used once and it would combine mine and one other Gods soul. It would make them immortal and they would never be able to be replaced. It was a true binding spell.

“This is the spell we’ll use to weaken Ian. I want you to read it.” I nodded, took a breath, and leaned over the book. The first part seemed to be instructions. Ingredients and their measurements. “As you combine them it says to chant: Shadow and Light, Essence of life. Flesh and bone, earth, and stone. Yours to mine. To my will, you’ll bind.” “Correct,” Sara said, looking pleased. “But I’ll have to change the ending. “We don’t want to bind the spirits, but free them.” “Isn’t that dangerous?”

Susie
Such a good story! The story flows well. Doesn’t go on too long describing a vibe or paragraphs of how one foliage growing on a home looks like (looking at you, Anne Rice). Seriously, though, “Jilguera” is a wonderful storyteller. Read this story. It’s so good.

Creative show not tell like of story. Unique and dosent have “breaks” or emotional slow parts. Love the diversity and embracing unconventional circumstances. Also it’s not to long or drawn out, it’s just the right length. A delightful afternoon read 10/10 thank you!

The Darkest Wolves

The Darkest Wolves

"Then how do we stop her?" Sonia stood, her body still trembling slightly. "We need to trap her. Not fight her in open battle. If we can trap her inside a seal, we can separate her from the book. But it won't be easy." Gloria whispered, "Then teach us, Sonia. Please. We can't let her hurt Emily again." Sonia looked at all of them-Jason, Emily, Patrick, and Gloria. Then she nodded. "Then I'll prepare the binding spell," she said. "We will need moonstone, silver root, and nightshade ash. And time... we only have one chance."

My Unexpected Mate

My Unexpected Mate

Chaos erupts as emotions boil over. The remaining coven members gather around us, their faces stern and focused. With determined hands, they bind my wrists and Cal’s with two vibrant red ties, tightly securing our connection. Odette steps forward, holding a black candle that flickers ominously in the nighttime air. She ceremoniously spills the wax along the length of the red thread, reciting an incantation that echoes through the space. “By threads unseen, once bound so tight, I call upon the ancient night. With heart and will, this bond I break, Two souls apart, now separate.” As she casts her next spell, I see the wax creep along between us, the thread burning out and despite how the line

Spellbound by Her

Spellbound by Her

Jonah held me tightly, so I couldn't see the shadowed depth in his eyes when he murmured, "When you cry like that, I lose all my resolve. Even if you're just using me, Maeve, I'll take it." … The night was still. It was early winter in Eventon, yet a faint fragrance of osmanthus lingered in the air. Tiny golden petals drifted across the lake, rippling the surface in widening circles, as though winding around the heart itself.

Her Double Trouble: My Alpha and My Mate

Her Double Trouble: My Alpha and My Mate

The fate bond that bound us felt like shackles around my soul, controlling my every desire. I glanced back down at the old, leather-bound book Grandpa Seb had given me. It was filled with spells and charms, including the one he used to hide my mark and suppress the call of my mate. My hands shook with determination as I pored over the pages. The spell was intricate but manageable. I needed to gather the ingredients and practice the incantation, just in case I had to strengthen it. The thought of facing Gabe again, of losing control, filled me with self-loathing.

SPELLBOUND WITH YOU

SPELLBOUND WITH YOU

I sat down since I had no expectations of looking for a mate, but suddenly an intoxicating vanilla scent caught my nose, I closed my eyes tightly "Not again" I groaned, still sitting not making an attempt to know where the scent came from. The noise from the crowd suddenly died down, I looked around as everyone stood quietly. I decided to stand up and know what's happening. I caught the sight of the Supreme Alpha walking towards the crowd in rage. I was confused, but I could also see that everyone was also confused about what's happening. I became nervous when she started walking toward me. The scent keeps getting stronger, as she comes closer. I prayed inwardly for my subconscious to be dam

Scentless Bonds

Aaron’s POV Come on… Please, please work…. Please…. My jaw set tight. My eyes still studying the map within Jake’s Office. Even as two women who I’ve come to know as Rosalyn and Keira both stand before the table. Keira now concentrating along the map while using a crystal. A tracking spell. A spell that most Witches like to use when tracking. A spell that often worked when finding the person you seeked. The crystal just hovering above the map almost like a pendant. As if waiting for a clue.

I Was Made From What You Couldn’t Let Go

I Was Made From What You Couldn’t Let Go

“Elio was persuasive. He said the pack needed this. A way to preserve his knowledge if anything happened to him. I believed him.” I flipped through the pages. “And now you want to fix it? After weeks of me losing myself? After my own sister cried because I smell wrong?” He looked almost sorry. “I did not know it would be this messy. The binding took stronger than expected. Your soul fought harder than most.” I closed the book hard. “Because it is my life. My memories. My scent. You tried to steal all of it.” Lorne stepped around the table. “Take the book. Study the spell. We can do it together. Quietly. No one else needs to know.”

Spellbind

Spellbind

Chapter One A lot of things changed when I reached the age of fifteen. On the night of my birthday, my mother gave me a box she said it's her present to me, for the first time in my life my mother gave me presents on my birthday. It was wrapped in red cloth with a black ribbon tied on it. There was the excitement I felt as I started to open the box. I was almost amazed at what I saw. It's a spell keeper necklace that features a beautiful deep, blue cock topped glass vial containing a blend of herbs and its vial is suspended from a Tibetan triquetra charm that was hand made from their ancestor and a spellbound bracelet filled with a mixture of hand-blended magical herbs.
