Roses & Thorns

Roses & Thorns

I try to take it out but it is stuck. I twist it and tug at it again a bit strongly than necessary. It comes out and goes fly out of my hand. Great. I am already finished with my work so I get down from the ladder and look for the book. I see black colored something under the chair and bend down to see if that is the book. I take it out to see what secrets this book holds that Rudra had to put it away like this. I have evil grin on my face as I get my hands on my new weapon to tease my husband but when I see the front title of book I am confused. It say, 'To make your spouse happy…..'

The Witch's Bottle

The Witch's Bottle

She grunted out of frustration and swiped her screen quickly. "He told him that himself was well, but his wife had been a long time in a languishing condition and that she was haunted with a thing in the shape of a bird that would flurr near to her face and that she could not enjoy her natural rest well. The Old Man bid him and his wife be of good courage. It was but a dead Spright..." She had figured out Sagacious Inquisitors. It was from a book she read for a literature class in college.

Enthralled By Love

Enthralled By Love

After a while, she smiled and said, "this girl has a full forehead and a well-defined angles of square. Her eyebrows are like willows, her eyes are clear and bright. Her nose is straight, the mountain root is large, and the cheekbones are neat. She is a beauty in philtrum, with red lips and white teeth. That is exactly the typical appearance of a woman who would bring good luck to her husband and children. The one who said that she was a bad lucky girl must be blind, or has an ulterior motive." Hearing this, Mary's face was a little pale. "Aunt Bonney, has Zac done something mischievous in front of you again?" That was to say, aunt Bonney had been bought off by Zac, so she put in a good word

My Wife is a Hacker

added, saying, "Nicole must love you two very much. Otherwise, she wouldn't have stayed in the Riddle family, judging by her personality." Hearing this, Daniel and his wife's eyes lit up. They looked at Mrs. Wallace Sr. with a tinge of gratitude on their faces. They were too blinded by their emotions, and it was Mrs. Wallace Sr. who made them realize the actual situation.

Also, it took WAY TOO LONG to get to the Olympiad and the exam. Like really?!?! Also, no one can be that perfect. Every time you turn around, she is a master of this and that at the tender age of 18. Like, come on! Do better!

I’m only 26% thru this book, and I’m HOOKED!!! There’s a FEW slow places in it, but overall, it has kept me interested so much, that I read every chance I get, and can’t wait to get further into it!!! Definitely worth the time, IMO.

The Accidental Wife

The Accidental Wife

“Wait—is that white truffle?!” She grabbed the pasta plate like a child claiming a favorite toy. Nicholas smirked. “Special food for a special day. You can record everything, you know. Post it. Show the world you’re the beloved wife of Nicholas Anthony.” Rachel rolled her eyes. “You’re not going to say that a third time, right?” “I’m just trying to be a good husband,” he said with a casual shrug. “Then be a good one!” she retorted. Nicholas tilted his head, curious. “How? How does one become a good husband?”

The Wife's Murder Loop

The Wife's Murder Loop

The screen was lit, a news alert taking up most of it. 'Wife killed in suburban murder case. Husband stabbed her to death after she refused intimacy during pregnancy.' The bedroom door opened with a click. Julian stepped in, wearing that same smile I was tired of seeing. "Honey, I want you tonight."

The Wife He Never Loved

The Wife He Never Loved

She’d told me once, early in our marriage, that she found it tedious. But she’d done it anyway. For two years. And I’d never thanked her. Not once. I stood up abruptly. Grabbed my jacket. Why should I have thanked her? The thought came sharp and angry. She was my wife. That was her job. Cooking. Keeping the house. Being there when I needed her. That’s what wives did. I shoved my arms through the jacket sleeves. Except Aria hadn’t needed to do any of it. Aria was a fucking billionaire.

Love To Hate My Stepbrother

Love To Hate My Stepbrother

Edited by William Gifford. Published by T. Egerton. Still, in doubt, I flip over to the next page. Chapter one. 'It is a truth universally acknowledged, that a single man in possession of a good fortune, must be in want of a wife'. I can't see past those words as tears cloud my vision and impale my sight. There are more by my blurry vision stops me from seeing them. This is my favorite book. My very favorite. I can't believe I'm touching it right now.

The Quest Of a Man

The Quest Of a Man

only the successful can say such because someone is willing to listen to them. I made sure I put the money together in one place that was safe until my wife and kids came back home then we see the goodness of God together. I seeked wisdom again now it was a continuation of the gold sack of life book. I was having a verbose time in the literature filled book I read it and was done in an hour thirty minutes time. It was a moment of rest and time track was lost I felt cheated. The captivation was just beyond my wildest thoughts.

The Wife He Never Knew

The Wife He Never Knew

Eleanor had been busy from sunup to sundown, some days too slammed to grab a glass of water, sometimes holding her bladder for hours because there wasn't time. And none of it had ever counted for anything. Not once had any of that labor been treated as real work. "Once the poor washed-up housewife realizes she can't cut it here, she'll crawl right back to running the household." Tyler's laugh rang out, bright and cutting. Julian gave a flat "Mm" in agreement. "What are you doing?" Eleanor jumped as a hand landed on her shoulder. She turned to find Cassandra, beaming. The smile stayed sugar-sweet, the makeup perfectly in place but the hostility underneath it wasn't even trying to hide itself.
