Seducing The Mafia Lord

Seducing The Mafia Lord

They laughed at his response and one out of them the unknown man presumed to be the leader of the gang pulled out his gun and pointed it toward the unknown man. The unknown man had watched the holder of the gun rant foolishly and while he was about to pull the trigger, a shot comes from nowhere. The rest of the gang had lowered their head with their hands clutching to their ears. They were anticipating the unknown man to drop on the wet ground but nil! It was Red devil, their leader who had fallen to the ground with a bullet lodged in his forehead. They all scampered and got safety, leaving Red devil's corpse behind along with Rico.

In The Devil’s Arms

In The Devil’s Arms

Her countenance, typically an array of animated expressions, had transformed into a tranquil tableau of serenity. A soft, barely discernible smile tugged at the corners of his lips as he observed her. Even the devil himself, in all his cunning and might, would find himself disarmed before such a woman. She bore no regal lineage, possessed no grand narrative of her life. Her beauty was not the kind to inspire poets or artists, and her dubious occupation had seemingly secured her a spot in the inferno. Yet, there was an aura about Reina, a quality that was singular and extraordinary. She held the uncanny ability to perceive devils—two of them, to be exact. To the untrained eye, they were indis

Eight chapters gone, and I can say I'm thoroughly hooked. I love how the author is able to convene actions without having to tell too much, and the FL inner dialogues are absolutely funny. And, there's barely any grammatical error. I am looking forward to completing this story.

The dynamic between the hero and heroine is nothing short of remarkable – their interactions play out like a perfectly balanced game of ping-pong! It is keeping me eagerly turning the pages! I find myself thoroughly enjoying their verbal sparring and banter!!! .........

Claimed by the ruthless Mafia Lord

Claimed by the ruthless Mafia Lord

The remaining two turned, but I was faster, dropping them with two clean shots. Devon spun around, his face contorting in shock. “Alex?” I stepped forward, my gun trained on him. “You didn’t really think I’d let you walk away from this, did you?” Devon’s bravado faltered, but he quickly masked it with a smirk. “You’re making a mistake. Kill me, and my men will come for you. You’ll never have peace.” Finn stepped up beside me, his expression cold. “Your men? You mean the ones outside who are now dead? Or the ones in this room? Face it, Devon. You’re done.”

The Devil In White

The Devil In White

I grab the gun from my holster and drag her behind the heavy oak desk. “Luca!” I shout. “I’m here!” His voice comes from the hall. A second later, he slides into the room, gun drawn, already scanning the perimeter. “Sniper. South window. At least two.” I peek up just long enough to see the muzzle flash from the tree line outside. The bastard’s good—precise, calm. Not some street-level assassin. This is personal. “Get her out,” I order. Luca nods. “Safe room?”

Playing the Devil's Game

Playing the Devil's Game

He wasted no time in expressing his fury, his voice a thunderous growl. "Do any of you have any idea what you've brought upon us? Do you have any idea how much business alliances and trusted allies you al have cost me?" The room was paralyzed by his wrath, and none of us dared to meet his eyes. The tension was suffocating, and the fear that had gripped us was almost tangible. The man that stod before me looked nothing like the man I desperately used to crave. This one felt like the real devil, the same one the FBI painted a picture of to me. He didn’t even spare me a glance but i could rarely get the words out of my mouth.

The Devil’s Game

The Devil’s Game

Vito muttered. He raised his gun and started firing back, aiming for the shooters, for the drivers, for anything that moved. Bernard was beside him now, his own gun out, firing in controlled bursts. Gianna's men had scattered throughout the room, taking cover behind furniture, returning fire through the broken windows. The sound was deafening. The smell of gunpowder filled the air. And then, just as suddenly as it started, it stopped. The gunfire from outside ceased. The engines revved. And the cars peeled away, tires screeching as they disappeared down the street.

The Devil's Fire

The Devil's Fire

I let myself fall deep into my zone with red in my sight. “Gaetano, do you understand why they say never make a deal with The Devil?” I interrupted his laugh. He looked at me with narrowed eyes as I blew out the cigarette smoke into the night sky. I flicked the bud away and met his gaze, giving him a devilish smirk. “I’m about to show you why.” I drew my guns out at the same time men jumped out from the wooden crates. And a war with fire began.
