The Clandestine Saga

The Clandestine Saga

"And we can't kill Guardians. Only Hunters. We can kill them. But they have silver bullets, and that's pretty hard to get around." "We don't have any weapons against them?" Jack asked, beginning to wonder why Giovani ever said he was one of the lucky ones. "Not really. Regular bullets rarely take out a Hunter. Just not strong enough. We can rip their heads off or cut them open, but their weapons are so much stronger than ours. You just want to avoid getting drawn into a battle with them. Especially when the Guardians show up. If you steal one of their guns with silver in it, that'll usually do it. But we can't touch the silver bullets, not even to load the weapon without getting a nasty burn

A Love So Dangerous

A Love So Dangerous

The large wooden doors were opened to me and two guards, each carrying two guns, escorted me to a room down the hallway. "Guns," one of the guards uttered as he held out a large hand. He tilted his thick neck to the side and I could see a scar across it. I nodded to Vincent and he gave up his guns as did I. A gun wasn't needed. If I wanted to kill Hunter I could do so. Sienna had shown me a lot of ways to kill a man with my bare hands, and most of them were very creative.

The Amazing Doctor

Also, you're a Grandmaster yourself, so I'm sure you know how far a silver needle can fly, right? What? The gunman turned around immediately upon hearing Sebastian's words. The second story of the building was dark, and it was strangely quiet. There was also a sniper rifle by the left side of the window. However, nobody was behind it. "Y-You killed him? How… How is this possible? When did you notice him?" The gunman couldn't remain calm anymore. The sniper was the most important part of their trap because the bullet they were going to use was a Silver Rush bullet.

Love that Kills

Love that Kills

"There's another thing I don't understand... Hunter once said that no one uses guns in the Dark Realm, but Gus, our driver, pulled out the gun to shoot the wolves." Nicor sighed. "Bullets cannot cause significant harm, but they still hurt. All our drivers have a gun with two sets of bullets. They use those to scare potential enemies without killing them since killing someone might sometimes become an opening for the new conflict." "And those two sets of bullets?" I questioned.

Her Second Chance Mate

Her Second Chance Mate

His chocolate brown wolf tore into the nearest hunter, claws raking through flesh before his fangs snapped around the man’s throat. I didn’t hesitate. I grabbed the nearest hunter weapon I could find—a gun. Loaded with silver rounds tipped with wolfsbane, I needed to be careful who I shot. I committed the image of Finn, Clarence, Dean, Rhys, and Bishop’s wolves to memory so I wouldn’t cause a friendly fire in battle.

Renee Werefox
Feels like the end to an era full of challenges, growth, hurt, survival, understanding, acceptance and love. The final chapter of a series that marked the beginning of a new chapter. Alex and Holly story was definitely a well deserved redemption story. Learning how to heal above all 10/10 Excellent

As an avid reader of Author Bryant's books, this is a most awaited book for me and she does not disappoint. I have read many werewolf romance novels/books and you expect a MLC to be physically stronger than FLC. As a human, Alex will never be physically stronger than Holly, but he is PERFECT for her

Mother of the Moon

Mother of the Moon

Galterio is no small Were, neither is Gunner, but the way in which his muscles tensed and flexed as he growled up at the murderous bastard, had my pussy clenching. “Gunner” I breathed out softly. He snapped his dark eyes to mine and I shuddered. His normally bright blue eyes were narrowed into slits and extremely dark. His lips were curled back to expose his fully extended and blood-soaked canines. Dried blood coated his chin, neck and chest, and my first instinct was to lick it off him. The moment our eyes met, I felt the anger and rage flowing through him. It was intoxicating and seductive. I like it. Gunner growled as his eyes raked down my body and back up again, lingering briefly on eac

Fantastic series, I can't wait to read book 3. The story is gripping, the characters are engaging, it's the type of story once you start you can't put it down. The author is extremely talented, you can tell she gives this her all. Thank you Kay Pearson, I can't wait to see what you do next :)

Leesa's Advent

Leesa's Advent

Tucked firmly into the holster was the gun Sloane had promised him. Conner stared at the weapon in silence for a few moments, then gently fingered the polished handle, rubbing the smooth surface ever so lightly with his fingertips. Finally, he eased the gun from the holster. The .38 felt strange, yet familiar in his hand. Conflicting emotions and memories flooded into his brain, but he quickly shut them off. Those feelings were of no use to him. They had no place in the current situation. He had thought he would never hold one of these again, had promised himself and promised Cecilia, but last night had proved his decision to be a selfish, shortsighted one. And because of it, a crazed killer

THE BILLIONAIRE'S BARGAIN

THE BILLIONAIRE'S BARGAIN

The police storms into the warehouse, guns blazing, their shouts mingling with the cacophony of chaos. Vinnie and his men returns the fire, the sound of gunshots echoing off the rusted metal walls. The air filled with a thick fog of gunpowder and fear, and the reality of the violent confrontation settled in. In the midst of the chaos, Vinnie’s eyes were drawn to Ling, who moved with a fierce determination despite the danger surrounding her. Her gun was drawn, and she navigated through the maze of crates and debris, intent on taking down the criminals she had pursued for so long. Vinnie took aim, his finger tightening on the trigger, a rush of adrenaline surging through him. Suddenly, a deafe

My Hockey Alpha

My Hockey Alpha

As I descended the stairs, I could see that he was sitting in the living room. And he was cleaning his gun. He didn’t see me at first. He was being so meticulous, almost robotic. I watched from the darkness as he slowly and methodically cleaned each part, then put it back together. Then… He loaded it. I caught a glimpse of the box of bullets; they were silver. For killing werewolves. “James,” I said without thinking, emerging from the shadows, “are those silver bullets?” My voice shook as I spoke. James merely nodded and stayed focused on his work. “Of course,” he replied.

Love this story. It is thrillingly mysterious. The love and lust is palpable. Some of it seems to be written a little immaturely. Maybe that's how the character arc was supposed to relay, and we feel them mature. There are also 2 chapters that are repeated almost verbatim. Otherwise,I'd give 5 stars

This book is so good! I love how complex it is. I’ve been reading it for the past two weeks and just finished it! I’m so sad and so badly hope the author is writing more chapters as I speak! I’ve had a lot going on in my life and head and this book has been the best to help! My bf is jealous of it!

No More Unloved Wife: The Mafia Queen Returns

No More Unloved Wife: The Mafia Queen Returns

He raised his gun, his finger pulling the trigger repeatedly. Bang! Bang! Bang! Three gunshots rang out, tearing through the silent space. Flashes of gunfire sparked in the darkness, carrying deathly bullets that tore through the wind. However, neither Mary nor Edric were ordinary people. With the instincts of a ruthless mafia member who had experienced countless life-and-death battles, Mary leaned her body and took a long diagonal step. Her tattered evening gown flew up, creating a blurred shadow in the air as she spectacularly dodged close to the ground.
