Hidden Secrets: A Screwed Up Love Story

Hidden Secrets: A Screwed Up Love Story

"You panic more, retrieving your things and requesting that I leave." "We don't all live in a fairytale, Mr Burak. Meaning, we all have hidden secrets that are screaming to escape and sometimes you just have to pick your battles wisely to keep those secrets hidden." I feel the need to remind him that the world is still filled with ordinary people who have demons lurking in the shadows. "I dont think-" "I agree, this was a mistake." I quickly cut him off and watch as fine lines etch deeply into his flawless complexion. I'm well aware that those were not the words he was about to utter. But, they should have been, which is why I uttered them for him.

Their Hidden Princess

Their Hidden Princess

I had awakened my wolf. I looked towards Valentin. His white-gold eyes were wide in wonder. “Zora,” he breathed. “Sever the bond.” I knitted my eyebrows together but then, I felt it. It was a shimmering gold thread that felt like it tied me to Thorne. He had backed away from the whole situation and was standing across the floor. I furrowed my brows and visualized a pair scissors they bracketed the gold thread and then – Snip!

When the house fell silent

When the house fell silent

Chapter 103 – The Hidden Threads The first rays of dawn crept through the dusty windows, illuminating the household with a soft, deceptive calm. Though the morning appeared serene, the air was thick with tension and anticipation. Over the past weeks, Brenda’s schemes had escalated in both subtlety and audacity, and today promised to be a turning point—a day when the hidden threads of manipulation would weave a far more intricate web.

Her Hidden Personas

Her Hidden Personas

It was clear she wasn't at all amused. I don't see the need to, Diane wanted to answer. "Oh, my. I'm sorry about that, Ms. Clayford. But believe me, I wasn't at all avoiding you!" 'The nerve of this two-faced snake!' The woman on the other side forced a smile, holding back her rising temper. Sarah cleared her throat. "I haven't seen any news about the latest product yet, Ms. Raven. I invested a large sum of money, and I heard the contract signing didn't end well?" She asks, her voice giving no room for argument as if telling Diane she knows the truth. Well, she does.

She Ditched Her Scumbag Husband After Her Amnesia

She Ditched Her Scumbag Husband After Her Amnesia

"What's the scoop on the Book of Medical Remedies?" "After we flushed out the LEV goons at the auction, I had Jordan ship the book to Minador. They've got this high-tech scanner there that showed us something wild: hidden layers every few pages in the back, with these super-thin gold threads." Cole looked worried. "We've mapped out all the patterns on the threads, but we are still in the dark about what they are for." Helma nodded. She was sure now—the patterns were what the enemy was after.

The Alpha's Rejected Mate

The Alpha's Rejected Mate

That was evident. The network contained ninety-two threads. No more. No less. But it had something in it after all. Not consciously. Not actively. Not communicating. Just present. As the first indication of a future thread. A potential reality that is yet to be realized. I rested a hand against my stomach. This happened spontaneously. The heat came back up again. Small. Steady. Real. Milrac noticed. So did I. We stood there, motionless for a moment. We were both silent.

Lily’s Realms: Secrets of Magic and Destiny

Lily’s Realms: Secrets of Magic and Destiny

"The assumption was always that everything reset." The projection continued. "New universe." Another cycle. "New people." Another cycle. "New history." Another cycle. The pattern repeated over and over. Then Mira pointed toward one specific thread. A tiny thread hidden beneath the others. One that stretched through every cycle. The same thread. Unbroken. The room became silent. Because everyone could see it. One thing had survived. Not perfectly. Not completely. But enough. The thread glowed softly. Blue. The same shade as Lily's eyes.

Reincarnation - The Divine Doctor and Stay-at-home Dad

The female thief cried, "My father is God of Darkness, the master of the Hidden Web. You will be chased after for the rest of your life if you hurt me." "Wait a minute!" Qin Haodong suddenly thought of something when he heard the Hidden Web. He had never heard of God of Darkness, but the Hidden Web was famous. Both Saber and Hu Xiaoxian had told something about the Hidden Web. It controlled countless killers and had powerful information resources. It was said that there was nothing in the world that they couldn't find. He had tried to find the controller behind the Hidden Web for a long time but had gotten nothing. Good Novel should have a feature where readers are allowed to grade novels based on contents, grammar, errors in spellings, names, storylines and maybe repeats. And these gradings come with deductions of the point values of future chapters. This exercise will keep quality control automatically

i I see the i this chapter the person writing is zenophobic. He or she does not like black people or foreigner s.The story is read by different kinds of people. I think the writer needs to write a apology chapter for promoting discrimination

Bound to The Enemy of My Mate

Bound to The Enemy of My Mate

The day wore on, a beautiful prison of performed affection and hidden agendas. As the sun began its descent, casting long shadows across the lawn, they finally returned to the mansion, weary from the performance. It was then, as they passed her father’s always-locked study, that the setting sun caught it at just the right angle: a single, dark thread, finer than silk, stretched taut across the threshold, connecting the door to the frame, invisible unless you were looking for it. Her breath caught in her throat. It was a trap. A telltale sign. If the door was opened, the thread would snap. Someone had been inside. Or someone was ensuring they would know if anyone tried to get inside.

My Stepbrother's Dirty Little Secret

There was a dark gleam in his eyes that scared me. "Do you know what that is?" he asked. I shook my head, embarrassed, "No." "That," he said quietly, "is a tracking thread. If that stayed in the system," he continued, "every route connected to it would be exposed within forty-eight hours." My chest tightened and I looked back at the screen. "You found it," he added. That made my head snap toward him again, brows furrowing, "What?"

I absolutely adored this book and loved it so much. Raphael and Gianna's story was so good with the twists, the turns, the suspense, the sweet moments, the hard moments, basically all the moments. If you love mafia stories then I highly recommend this book and Jane's other books. You wont regret it.

I watched about a thousand ads to read this book and it was totally worth it! An epic love story, .................. sex scenes and lots of humor. My favorite parts were actually the family dynamics at meals and Rafael's interactions with his therapist. I did get a little impatient with Gianna's messes
