The Vampire And His Huntress Wife

The Vampire And His Huntress Wife

There was hatred in her eyes, not for me, but for the huntress on the other side. The sunlight outside was so strong that it hit the walls of the dungeon, and the white walls reflected the huntress's face. Once again her beauty caught my eyes. Her long eyelashes flickered and drenched her forehead with perspiration. Perhaps from pain, some of her perspiration flowed to the bridge of her tall, small nose, which dangled precariously at its tip. Bruising and residual blood were at the corners of her mouth. All of this was telling me that she was a beautiful woman. Her beauty was in a way that I couldn't ignore, and, crucially, I was fatally attracted to her body, whether for the smell or anythi

The Moon's Descendant

The Moon's Descendant

He was older, with a short silvering beard and streaks of grey through his dark brown hair. “You know why” he chuckled. Yeh, I know why. Zelena. “Why do you want the Triple Goddess?” I roared. The hunter just smirked at me, staying silent. I stepped closer and threw my fist into the side of his face. Growls of excitement came from round me. “Answer me!” I growled. The hunter spat blood from his mouth and looked back at me with a grin. I lowered my head and growled a warning, if he isn’t going to answer he isn’t going to live.

The story is really good! The writer seemed to be learning how to tell the story from two perspectives. At first the author rewrote whole scenes but listened to readers and adapted it a little better. Still some time jump with perspective changes. Zelena has so many powers it seems a lil contrived.

Magnus: Dragon Lord

Magnus: Dragon Lord

the huntress announced, entering the hut after them, stepping over their bodies simultaneously reaching into her satchel bag, producing a crystal that glowed a faded shade of gold, shaking it quickly and as it glowed brighter she opened her hand and it raised a few inches over her palm. “Thank you for the obvious call,” Ean shot back, rolling onto his back, groaning loudly as his damaged body protested performing any action. “I haven’t struggled to move this much in many, many years,” Rector sighed, using his elbow to roll himself onto his back, sitting up slowly, raising an eyebrow at what the huntress was doing, “So I know you will not tell us your true name because we are outsiders, but s

The huntress gasped then staggered. “I-Impossible… “ The huntress knelt in the sand as her fist flopped to the ground letting go of three darts from her palms and her other hand holding tightly onto her skean wobbled until she also lost her grip then her eyes rolled up at the being standing in front of her. “A… tranquilizer?!” She fretted. Then lightning struck through the darkened clouds followed by back-to-back claps of thunder then it showers heavily on them. “Much more than that.” The being in front of her voiced appeared to be the pregnant woman just as she strongly gripped the huntress’ wet hair back.

The Hunt

The Hunt

He didn't appear to be upset to be joining his mate at all. Of the more than 3,000 omegas that had started The Hunt, only 243 were still unclaimed. That night, 243 Hunters returned to the castle and planned the next phase of their attack. Because, at this point in the game, their animalistic nature could do nothing less than attack.

Werewolf romance was not really my taste but this one is interesting. Not only did it mention about the most talked about alphas but it tackled the other positions such as those who protect the pack during travel. It's new knowledge for me so I very much like it. Plus, the hunt is surely exciting.

5 stars so doesn’t get shoved to the bottom. Love hunt idea, great details, well written. I got to certain part, that didn’t seem to flow with the story line. I didn’t like that. No mention, until that part, of their wolf. Thats strange. So I stopped reading.

Beloved Huntress

Beloved Huntress

She needed to end this now before he got a hit on Cassius. "Iz - " Cassius started to say, holding out an arm to keep her behind him but she easily side-stepped it. The elite didn't even hesitate to check if she was a vamp, he just struck out at her but she had anticipated it and dodged angling her body to the left and feeling the Elite's arm brush her back as she used the backwards momentum on her own arm to drive the dagger straight into his jugular. His eyes widened and she heard his choke a wet cough as the black covered over his nose become darker still. He looked at her with such betrayal in his wide brown eyes before he dropped to the ground. "Remind me never to piss you off," Cassius

The Lycanthrope Huntress

The Lycanthrope Huntress

At one table, Nick saw a huge woman sitting alone and texting on her phone. He sat down next to her, “Hey. Are you the huntress?” Nick asked with the tone he used when interrogating criminals. “Excuse me? What are you talking about?” The woman asked. “You're the one who has been doing the lycanthropes in, aren't you?” Nick asked, undettered. “Is this a pick-up line? Because if it is, you need practice.” The woman said and walked away, but not before calling Nick a weirdo.

HUNTED

HUNTED

There was a large bed at the center. And my stomach dropped when I saw the silver chains attached to the posts. Red and Blue lights? Silver chains? Everything clicked instantly. A BDSM room. He had one? My eyes bulged. What. The. Fuck! "No. No, Alessandro, don't—" He tossed me onto the bed after the door clicked shut behind both of us. I tried to scramble away. But he caught my wrists and pinned my body down with his massive weight. "Stay still," he hissed.

Her Alpha's Rejection, His Luna's Rise

“That’s not good enough. I need details, Draven. Where are your spies? What’s their cover? If Kaelen’s got Dorian locked away, we need a fall back plan.” He leaned in, his breath warm against my cheek. “Trust me, I’ve got this handled, my beautiful huntress. Or do you want to lead the pack yourself?” My pulse began to quicken at the close contact and I shoved him back. “Maybe. I'd probably be much better at it than you. Now keep your hands to yourself, or I’ll remind you just why I'm a huntress.” His grin widened. “Damn, you look so sexy when you're threatening me.”

Hunting Her Hunters

Hunting Her Hunters

“Bella is going to have her babies soon, and I thought we should check on her.” “We’re gonna have baby foxes?” she squealed. I nodded and held my hand out to her. “Come on.” We crept through the woods quietly like we always did. We never tried to terrify the woodland creatures more than we had to. Osprey did that enough. Where we hunted strategically as a group, he went full force and head-on. I sighed, squeezing her hand. “Quiet now, we’re almost there.” As we neared Bella’s den, the scent of blood and death hung in the air. Annie looked up at me with fear in her eyes.
