Make Way, The Real Alpha Princess Returns!

Make Way, The Real Alpha Princess Returns!

A shadow emerged from behind a gnarled oak, and I was ready to strike—until I saw him. Hunter. Dressed in a loose tunic, a satchel slung across his shoulder, he grinned at me like this was any other day. “Fancy seeing you two here.” I exhaled sharply, lowering my weapon. “Hunter, what the hell are you doing here?” He held up a weathered sketchbook. “Would you believe me if I said I came to draw the ruins? The landscapes here are—” “—dangerous,” I finished, stepping toward him. “This place isn’t some scenic retreat. Harper and Layla are hiding somewhere in these ruins, and we don’t know what kind of traps they’ve set.”

My Foreign Husband

My Foreign Husband

Not only immigrants, but everyone who does not care about the government comes to end up in this place. "I wish our children never needed to know about the existence of such a rotten world," whispers Hunter, entredentes. I repress a hiss when trying to crouch next to you, being prevented by the belly. Hunter raises his head and offers me support, holding my waist, because only then can I stay down. I hold your arm lightly, leaning my head on your shoulder. "They will never know, if we never tell.” Hunter caresses my belly in a comforting gesture. "Do you think something is changing?”

Claimed By The Vampire King

Claimed By The Vampire King

I’m the only one allowed to have such power over her. The little hunter’s actions were a bit unexpected to be honest. According to reports, his interest lay somewhere else. Specifically, in a little delicate flower called Anna Braille. Yet, he’d been all over my wildcat. It was almost as if the hunter was trying to stake a claim on Joanne and warn me off. Judging by how she had lapped up every possessive action, it was obvious my wildcat would love nothing more. However, the hunter’s actions failed to ring true. There was a little too much force on his part. He was like a green actor rushing through the lines he’d crammed before he could forget.

The Hunt

The Hunt

Read to find out! The Hunt was my first full novel, and my first attempt writing something longer than a few hundred words, so your feedback is invaluable. I would love to know what you thought and where things can be improved! This is my second draft - the first draft only had 120K words but there were so many more details I wanted to share. I hope you enjoy it as much as I've enjoyed writing it. Stay safe! Much love - Michelle

A insanely unique and interesting premise executed very well! I love Kate's character and the inner battle she has in regards to the Hunt. I also love how the differences between twins Izzy and Kate are concise and clear. The dialogue is realistic and girls are fun and likable! Great job!

Werewolf romance was not really my taste but this one is interesting. Not only did it mention about the most talked about alphas but it tackled the other positions such as those who protect the pack during travel. It's new knowledge for me so I very much like it. Plus, the hunt is surely exciting.

The Alpha and Her Hunter

The Alpha and Her Hunter

She thought she was all high and mighty because she was a Bittermane. He spat, wiping the name from his mouth. Her mother tarnished that name for good by being a whore and running off with that hunter. He shook his head. A flash of brown moving through the crowd caught his attention. It was the new hunter in town, Garin. He was pushing through the people, making a beeline for Willow's cart. "Garin!" Lyall called, Garin was only a few feet from him. His head pivoted and he saw recognition pass through the hunter's eyes. Garin paused for a minute before walking towards Lyall, cautiously.

The Hunt for Knowledge

The Hunt for Knowledge

Zinnia woke with a delighted squeal. To Luca’s ears, there was no better sound. He saw stars in her eyes as she surveyed the winter wonderland outside their window. To his eyes, he saw bleak, dreary countryside. She marveled as the snow blanketed the countryside. She found romance in the soft velvety roll of the now-white hills. She nearly came out of her seat when she spotted a few deer amongst the trees down by a river that peeked in and out of their view. The big deer, with a massive rack of antlers, lowered its head to drink, and Zinnia sighed. He could feel the happiness radiate from her, and he was reminded of his own inner darkness. He decided to just enjoy her happiness while t

Frequently Asked Questions

The core suspense in a hunter-hiding narrative isn't just about avoiding detection—it's a psychological pressure cooker. The character is a predator built for action, forced into a cage of their own making. Every mundane social interaction becomes a high-stakes performance where a single slip of a phrase, an unconscious display of skill, or a primal reaction to a threat could blow their cover. The suspense is less about external forces finding them and more about the constant, exhausting internal war to suppress their own nature.

Take someone like Leon from 'The Professional,' but if he was trying to hold down a desk job and coach a little league team. The thrill comes from those tiny, almost invisible cracks. Maybe he reflexively catches a falling object in a way no normal person could, and a co-worker gives him a strange look. Or a local bully picks a fight, and he has to consciously fight every muscle memory to not end the confrontation instantly. The plot is driven by the ticking bomb of their own identity, and the question isn't if they'll be exposed, but when, how, and what part of their fragile new life will trigger the explosion. That anticipation of self-sabotage is what keeps me turning pages.
