Immortal Cravings Part 1-Temptation If there was ever a time to be worried about my safety, it was now. This very moment. Sneaking through the factories. Hunting creatures which shouldn’t exist. When you’re immortal, your body stops really feeling, because it adjusts to the fact that nothing can put it in any fatal, realistic danger. Hence, it doesn’t care for the occasional spider or mosquito. Now, even Raquelle’s breath made the hair on my arm stand on its edes.

Slowly, the purple mist took its final form, the INYOKA. The mother was alarmed at these strange activities; she tried to run away again, but her feet were not letting go. The large, venomous purple snake crawled towards her, and the mother freaked out as the snake climbed on her body, gliding its scaly self around her until it reached the baby.

"I'm sorry, I just got too excited." I shook my head. "It's fine. If you're surprised because I'm young, just think about when I met the King of Valeria who was the oldest of all." I still giggled because I remembered when I found out that he was the oldest person on the face of the earth, immortal or human. It seemed surprised. "He seems to be the lord of the immortals because his blood runs through us. He is the reason we are immortal." He answered. We continued to draw even as we talked. That wasn't a problem, he was getting sleepy.

I finally say to her and she laughs and says, “Are we back to these old games? I am no ones. If I was yours you would have made me yours back then and that ship has sailed.” “Has it now?” I asked her as I could smell her arousal from me holding her in my arms. I move my lips to her ear and say, “Why is your body telling me something different?” And then I nibble on her lobe and run my tongue to her neck where I last marked her as mine and I begin to lick and suck on the area, and she relaxes in my hold and bares her neck to me. My teeth elongate and just when I was going to make her mine again but then the door opens behind me, and I stop when I smell the scent of another immortal.

Beads of sweat run down his forehead, and he’s turned pale. “When they were talking in the courtyard…” He licks his lips. “I heard something I didn’t understand then, but I do now.” “What? What is it?” And does he seriously think we have time to stop and have a conversation right now? The new wave of Silver Hunters is probably already in the main building. They’ll reach the pool house in no time at all, and I don’t have what it takes to defeat that many of them. “It’s an old relic.” Alec grabs my shoulder. “It’s all powerful. If they get their hands on it, nothing can stop them. I thought… I thought it was just a legend, that it wasn’t real.”
