Greetings my lovely authors, This is the continuation of the book 'THE LAST ALPHA' which will be updated with the sequel 'THE LAST ALPHA : WAR OF FANGS'. I hope you will support my story just like the prequel. Thank you Zia Prologue The burnt orange sun was set below the horizon, and it’s the shadows that casted upon the town of human beings. The clustered clouds were scattered to the end of the sky, where the sun was burning with its last light. Twinkling stars which were supposed to fill the night, were scared to show up in the dusk.

But sitting at the desk in December, fifty-eight years old, the book in my hands, I understood it differently. She read the last page first because she loved stories. Not despite loving them. Because of it. Because when you loved something enough, you needed to know it would be all right. You needed to know the story had an ending worth reaching before you could surrender to the journey of reaching it. The last page wasn't about control. It was about trust. About being able to say: I've seen where this goes, and it's worth it, and now I can be fully present for every page between here and there.

’ I asked firmly, ‘The note said we might not like how it ends, so we don’t read the end. ‘Better yet, let’s not read anything past this current moment.’ My wolf amends, ‘We don’t need to see our future, nothing good could come of that.’ ‘Deal.’ I agreed, and ventured even further into the library. Many of the book cases have a letter etched onto them, all in alphabetical order. I moved quickly with Helena, scanning the letters on each shelf until I reached that I was looking for. There were multiple cases with the letter R etched onto them, and I searched until I found the spot where I should have been. I even narrowed it down to the exact placement on the shelf, but it wasn’t there.

She giggled when she was tickled by their flapping wings against her face. Theo smiled first before answering. Maddie takes away all his stress from ruling even with just her smile. "This is the sanctuary of the novis flam." Maddie turned around and her brows met as she cannot understand the last phrase Theo said. "The what?" Theo pointed to the fountain with his hand and Maddie followed it with her eyes. "The last flame." Maddie nodded before she looked at Theo. "Last? What do you mean by that?" Theo asked her to sit on the nearby bench. The guards are scattered around the place but no one is near them. Somehow they got some privacy which put Maddie at ease. She glanced at the fountain firs

Stiles dropped the bombshell as it ranged deeply inside Cynthia's ears. "What why? Is it because of this little argument?" Cynthia asked. "No... It's because I don't think you can make a good girlfriend. Real lovers always stay with each other no matter what" Stiles pointed out and walked out of her while Cynthia stood in that exact place, in a confused look. *********** Lukas and Taylor stared at Mr. Adras in silence as he reads his books and takes some juice. "God! I hate detention" Lukas groaned.

Or both. Who hurt my little wolf. I approach slowly. “You always look that serious when you’re reading, or is it just this one?” She startles, but then her mouth lifts into a soft grin. There it is. She raises the book slightly so I can see the cover. THE LIGHTHOUSE LETTERS “It’s good,” she says. “Bit slow, but kind of addictive.” I lean a little closer, voice low. “Let me guess. Mysterious stranger? Scary coastline? Lots of longing?”

“He did.” We sit on the two stools in the Clinton Hill studio, and Samuel reads, and I read beside him. Gerald Thomas’s forty-three letters move through the afternoon in his precise handwriting, and by the time we reach the last one, the April light has shifted to the specific amber of late afternoon. The street below has shifted from an afternoon crowd to an early evening crowd. The last letter. I think I will call. Lucia read through nearly a dozen of them before she reached the last, and by then her face was wet and she hadn't noticed when the crying started, only that it had been going on for some time by the point she felt the dampness in her face.
