Lillian’s stomach tightened. "Legends?" He nodded. "They were called the Lunari—beings neither fully Lycan nor fully human. Something… more."

Liora tilted her head back and joined them, her voice strong and clear. It wasn’t a howl of mourning. It was a song of hope, carried on the wind like a promise.
