I was expecting him to tell me he missed me too but he said nothing and I had no other choice than to ask him what was wrong with him. “You’re getting me worried now, babe, are you okay?” I asked. “I’ve thought about our last conversation for long enough and I just know that this thing between us won’t work out,” he started to speak and my heart skipped a beat.
