Their Beautiful Madness
Every flicker freezes faces mid-laugh, mid-kiss, mid-drink, before blurring them back into shadows.
Heat clings to the air, thick with sweat, perfume, and the tang of alcohol. The crowd is a living, breathing thing, swaying, grinding, tangled together in a way that makes it hard to tell where one person ends and another begins. I've never been to a club before, but it's exactly like the movies, only louder, hotter, and so much more alive.
