Aylin didn't offer to help. She didn't give him a kind gesture or a polite smile.
She just calmly got up, took her cup to the sink, and before leaving the kitchen, gave him one last cold, distant look.
“If you need me, I'll be in Sasha's room.”
And she left. Without waiting for a response. Leaving him there. Alone.
