I could end everything. I could run away.. But I wasn’t stupid. I wouldn’t survive if I tried. His brother was out there waiting for me to be claimed by him. Either way, they were both dangerous and any of them could get to claim my life anytime. To them, I was just an object they could use and throw away anytime. I was more like a toy. So I just kept my head down and did what needed to be done, even though part of me hated every second of it.

The new car wasn't where I ordered for it to be placed so that Jaden could see it immediately he stepped out. Had Kai moved it?

He had a glass of scotch in his hands. But that's not what caught my attention, the box on the bed did. "What's that?" I asked, "Just a bunch of toys," he shrugged. I approached the box carefully, curious to see what was in there. I opened the lid and let out a gasp. My cheeks flamed hot as I once imagined how good all of this feel inside me. I was far too gone. "Do you like them?" He asked, coming up behind me. He was in my space, his breath fanned my neck as he spoke.

I had enough savings to start up my life. I need to run away from Manhattan, from New York. I need to move far away, to another place. I glanced around the apartment; so many beautiful and ugly memories; both of them haunted me. Opening the door, I gasped as my eyes fell on Damon. I held the tears that welled in my eyes. You don’t really have to buy me toys,” Kaydee seemed curious about the toy, but unlike his sister, he was shy. “Those are called hot wheels, I believe?” Troye chuckled. “Thank you…” Kaydee timidly took the box and opened it.

Ezra's voice hits a pitch that makes me wince. He scrambles back toward Owen, reaching for the toy with grabbing hands. My fists clench against my thighs. Owen catches my eye again and smirks.
