The Scarred Luna: Alpha's Unforgivable Mistake

The Scarred Luna: Alpha's Unforgivable Mistake

Rhys had suggested somewhere else and Niko had said the park with the kind of calm certainty that small children used when they had already made up their minds and were simply waiting for the adults to catch up. So the park it was. It was a good afternoon for it. Not cold enough to be uncomfortable, the sky doing something pleasant. Niko ran ahead on the path the way he did everything recently, like he was making up for lost time, like his body was reminding itself what it was capable of. I walked beside Rhys. His hand found mine at some point and I let it stay there. There was a section of the park that had been cordoned off slightly, some kind of project, construction or surveying or somet

SINFUL ENCOUNTERS

SINFUL ENCOUNTERS

HOT WIFE PARKING LOT ADVENTURE PT 4 The park-and-ride lot sat quiet under a thin spread of trees at the edge of the trailhead, and only three other cars occupied spaces near the entrance. Nate parked at the far end where the gravel met the tree line and the light from the single streetlamp barely reached. Maddox’s truck pulled in beside them a minute later. The night air carried the smell of damp leaves and asphalt. Liora stepped out first. She wore a loose dress that buttoned down the front and nothing underneath. Nate locked the doors and pocketed the keys. Maddox walked around the front of his truck, already unbuckling his belt as he approached.

Secrets of the Luna

Secrets of the Luna

Since I wasn’t sure what name it would be under or the phone number, that was my only other option. “There!” Vincent pushed his hand over my shoulder and almost punched the screen. “That’s the address.” Clicking into it, I had to move slowly now. “Okay, I need to access the feed…” I was talking more to myself than to anyone else. My mouse hovered over a folder for a moment before I hestitanly clicked it. Multiple windows of camera views came across my screen. Vincent was right. This was the park. Some were pointed at the street, random places around the park and even at the broke down water fountain. It housed more mesquitos than anything these. “Why are they pointed like that?” Jolene asked

Every single book I read from Mrs. Smith is AMAZING! Secrets of the Luna is no exception. Her writing makes the story fly by too fast! What I LOVE is you become part of the story, and to me, that's a sign she's a great author.
Mila
Love the book although the plot is just a repetition of Tattooed Luna with a few differences. Same storylines… FL with complicated childhood being hunted down by villain with Mafia ties and overprotective brother is also in the mix. Just too similar in my view. But enjoyable nonetheless.

Snapshot of a CEO's heart

Snapshot of a CEO's heart

I say, giving him a salute as I head out of the office. Making my way down Cole Creek Park, which is the finest of parks and spots for family picnics, I spot something catchy in my eye, which leads my legs to head towards it. It's a man sitting by an easel, painting what looks to be the blossom tree situated in the centre of the field, not too far ahead, surrounded by birds flying above and people scattered along the field. The level of detail this guy uses is phenomenal. I walk on over to him to speak to him in hopes he will allow me to catch some photos of him sitting so peacefully here.

The CEO's Unwanted Wife

Third POV The first drops of rain began to patter lightly against the leaves overhead, turning the pleasant afternoon in Central Park into something softer and more intimate. Fiona glanced up at the gathering gray clouds, feeling the cool mist settle on her skin. “Looks like our picnic is about to get interrupted,” she said with a laugh, already reaching for the stroller handles. Maverick was quick to react, scooping up the lightweight diaper bag while Charles helped Raina gather the remaining snacks and the folded blanket. The two men exchanged a quick glance of mock disappointment over their unfinished croquet game, but the mood stayed light.

Secret Billionaire Divorcee

Secret Billionaire Divorcee

He's in on whatever Knoxx has planned, which makes me both nervous and curious. "Close your eyes," Knoxx says when we reach a specific spot. "Seriously?" "Trust me." I close my eyes, letting him guide me forward. I hear rustling, whispered instructions to Liam, then silence. "Okay. Open." I open my eyes to see a beautiful picnic setup under a flowering tree. But what makes my breath catch is the display surrounding it—dozens of photographs chronicling our year together. Pictures from our first real date, from Foundation's launch, from random Tuesday mornings making breakfast with Liam. Our entire journey documented in images.

I'm confused. in chapter 30.. dolly is disqualified from the competition. and then 31 it goes into the divorce stuff and them not being divorced yet. but in chapter 30, it was confirmed they were already divorced. did I miss something?
Angela
It’s been 3 years since Caroline left and Knoxx is still dumb as ever. He still has not done a dna test on the baby that he doesn’t remember making and no mention of investigating his grandfather’s death under suspicion circumstances. His “family friend” inherited everything. Make it make sense.

Marrying My Twin's CEO Daddy

Marrying My Twin's CEO Daddy

Piper’s POV Finally, we all got out of the car. The noodle shop was at the edge of the city park. The city government deliberately provides a food court near the park so that hungry park visitors can immediately fill their stomachs with various foods available. Apart from the noodle shop, we also saw many other food stalls. There were orange juice stalls, cakes, steaks, and others. When we arrived, the noodle shop had no customers, even though the park was quite crowded. From the direction of the food court, we could see into the park.

The story seems familiar but there are missing unexplained details that I hope will unfold as I read further. What baffles me is how come the author is giving too much power to the villainous Megan to be able to control Piper's fate? Megan seems always 1 step ahead of the unaware Piper.

Just to be safe she went up the eastern side to an entrance. The park was well-tended. The lawns looked more like a plush carpet than grass. There were topiaries trimmed into fanciful animals. Lights lit the main paths and more were strung up in trees. Crowded and well-lit. That was about as safe as Ekko was going to get. At the center of the park was a fountain. Around that were two street cafes, some shops and a carousel. She'd only seen pictures and a short video someone had posted online, but it had been enough so she could move with confidence toward the drop site.

Noah, an Omega's story

Noah, an Omega's story

She said looking up from her phone. "Sold, take me there driver!" Noah shouted and Max glared at him. Noah looked at the little city as they drove through downtown. "Wow, it almost feels like home!.... Oh Wow, except for that, we don't have that over there! Noah said as his eyes caught sight of the pond with a large fountain and a bridge going over the pond that you can walk on. He can see from the car that it splits off in another directions at the center of the pond.

I'm still loving this series. I read this one after book 2, but it would have been better reading it after book 1. Thank you Author. I'm looking forward to reading the rest of the books in this series :)

Best book in the series! Even knowing bits of Noah’s story, this brought things to an entirely different level. Loved being able to get more details about so many of the characters, even if at times it was heartbreaking. So good!

The Endgame (book 4 of The Arrangement Series)

The Endgame (book 4 of The Arrangement Series)

Park hours dawn to dusk. There was also a list of park rules Amber didn’t bother to read as she was too busy taking it all in. Roses climbed up the sides of a white gazebo. A small foot bridge passed over a coy pond in the distance, it too covered with vines of pink honeysuckle as if it’d always been there.
