The Billionaire’s Nanny

The Billionaire’s Nanny

She was in her knitted cashmere sweater, which made her look even cuter than ever. “Bibliothèque nationale de France, ” “The national library?” “Yes, the very same one.” “Excited.” She clapped her hands together to show us just how much, and I felt my heart warm up. … I stepped into the enormous library, and I was immediately transported back in time to when I was ten and my Dad had taken me on a work trip to Paris. I was young, yeah, but that hadn’t stopped me from recognizing the value in reading and having a solid reading background. It was only when we sat after picking out some books on the psychology of law did I realized my Dad’s earliest intentions to bring me into his field.

Red: Claimed by the Keeper in the Tower

Red: Claimed by the Keeper in the Tower

The day after the day after, the atmosphere had settled into a new kind of quiet, a working quiet that was more unsettling than the tension that had preceded it. I was in the library, a room of dark wood and leather-bound books that smelled of dust and time. I was dusting the shelves, my movements efficient and precise, but my mind was not on the task. It was on a map, a map of a city I had never seen but was suddenly, irrevocably bound to. Paris. The word itself was a collection of images from books and films, a romanticized idea of a city I never thought I would see. And now I was going, not as a tourist, not as a free woman, but as a possession in a gilded cage. That changed everything.

The CEO's Contractual Wife

"Ah, perfect. You are on the perfect street. Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré has many beautiful boutiques. Hermès is just down the street, and there is a wonderful small bookshop called Galignani that has been here since 1520." A bookshop from 1520. Casual. "That sounds perfect. Thank you." "Shall I arrange a car?" "I'd rather walk, if that's okay." Céline looked delighted. "Mais oui, of course! Walking is the best way to see Paris. Here, I will give you a small map."

I am reading this book and the other book you are currently serialising. Both have exceptional storylines, excellent grammar and I am absolutely obsessed with reading them. My only disappointment is with this novel you are only updating every weeks with between 5-7 chapters which is no enough.

So sorry to hear the author is recovering from illness. Hope he will continue this story when he is able. This is one of the best books I have read in a long time. Praying for a speedy recovery for him!

<<56>> * Don't complain about the pain because without it, we won't be able to reach the fullness of our destiny. * **** Inside a large library in one of the mansions at the borders of Paris which is completely surrounded by waters... A young man sat on one of the chairs reading through historical books... His fingers moved every two minutes to turn over the page... He had spectacles which rested on his nose bridge... Despite the fact that he wasn't wearing anything special he still had the unique aura of an emperor...

Belonging to the Alpha King

Belonging to the Alpha King

Were all in Paris werewolves? We found a small bookstore, and I quickly pulled Vidar inside. "Come on," I said. "I want to find a book." My anxiety was skyrocketing. Now was the time. We looked around for a moment while I formulated my plan. The store was really cute. It had two floors and was full of all types of books in French and English. There was a lovely old lady behind the counter, helping people with a gentle smile. I turned to Vidar. "Can you help me find a book?" Vidar looked at me.

The Butcher - A Mafia romance

The Butcher - A Mafia romance

Chapter 8 Bastien Two Years Later Paris was alive at all hours of the night, but she was the quietest at four in the morning, when even the night owls couldn’t keep their eyes open any longer. The line of SUVs pulled up outside the Louvre, close to the pyramid in the open square. Lights from the lampposts and the buildings were one of the reasons the city had been given its name, City of Light, and it was a name well earned.

The Blind Alpha

The Blind Alpha

Melinda's and Kieran's sharp, piercing eyes, scanned the endless rows of books. Zora led them around the library, pointing out the different sections and genres. There were books on philosophy, science, art, and history, each one meticulously cataloged and arranged on the shelves. The titles were written in elegant calligraphy, and the bindings were richly adorned with gold leaf and embossed lettering. Kieran and Melinda were overwhelmed by the sheer size of the collection, and they couldn't help but feel a sense of awe at the sheer amount of knowledge that was contained within these walls.

FALLING FOR THE DANGEROUS BILLIONAIRE

FALLING FOR THE DANGEROUS BILLIONAIRE

I could see it without moving my feet. I had never been to Paris before. I had wanted to come since I was twelve years old and had found a picture book about it in the school library and had kept it past the return date because I wasn't ready to give it back. I was not going to let Dominic Ashford see that this mattered to me. I kept my face neutral and moved further into the room.

Loathsome Brothers Broken Little Princess

The library. It was breathtaking. Rows upon rows of towering bookshelves stretched upward endlessly, connected by elegant rolling ladders and a winding iron staircase leading to a second level balcony lined with even more books. The scent hit me instantly- aged paper, leather bindings, cedarwood shelves. I felt like I could breathe again.. Without thinking, I stepped inside. My fingertips trailed over countless spines until one caught my eye. A Tale of Two Cities. I pulled it free and sat near the tall window tucked into the corner.

Whispers Of My Incubus Guardian

Whispers Of My Incubus Guardian

Luxiana Sommeris “So, this is where you work?” Damien mused as we came to a stop outside the city library. His stormy blue eyes scanned the grand structure before us, his lips curving into an intrigued smile. “It’s huge.” I followed his gaze, taking in the towering stone building I had come to know so well. The carved pillars, the intricate arched windows, and the massive double doors leading inside stood proudly, a testament to the history within. The early morning light bathed the library in a golden hue, and a soft breeze rustled the trees lining the sidewalk, carrying the faint scent of old books and fresh ink.
