I could hear his skin sizzle as he quickly opened the silver door with his bare hands. We stepped into a brightly lit room and I checked on Jackson’s hands, which he insisted were fine, so I looked around. It was a prison. All the cells were barred with silver and there were no windows or any other doors, the space was large. In one corner there was a desk and chair that seemed to be for whoever was in charge. At this time it was empty.

We stop at a large iron door and James brings out a huge key and opens the huge padlock. Quickly the door opens, and then I spot up to three prison doors inside the door he just opened. I know my brother is brutal, but the state of this prison, the dampness, and the darkness of the whole place has me wondering for a bit. In my desperation, I believed that this prison was the source of my torment, the barrier keeping me locked within this nightmare. My sobs intensified as I continued my desperate attempts to break through the solid metal door of the cell. Chains wrapped tightly around the lock, adding to the weight of my confinement. "Someone, please open the door!" My pleas grew more frantic, the atmosphere thickening with an unsettling presence. I could hear sounds, not sure who they belonged to but I was not here alone.

Chapter 116 JAILED CASSEY'S POV "Get me out of here!!" I yelled in the prison cell as I shook the door. The sound of my desperate plea echoed through the cold, dimly lit prison cell. Not a tear, not a whimper, not even a fucking flinch. I was the last IronVein daughter and I needed to behave like one One guard snorted under his breath. “Look at that. Scared, alone, but I would not let her rot in here. We walked down the hall to the second set of doors. These were silver coated. The inside was made of the thickest steel in the world. The guard turned the key in the lock as if welcoming me back, the doors swung open. My heartbeat sped up the closer we got to the heart of the prison.

Nadia's POV The heavy wooden door closed behind me with a soft click. The sound was as final as a judge hitting his desk with a small hammer to end a trial. Then I heard the lock turn. It was a sharp sound that seemed to bounce off the walls of my suddenly quiet room. I was alone. Or at least, my body was alone in this large, pretty prison. My spirit, my heart… they were not with me.
