I couldn’t see his face or that of any of his counterparts as they all wore some kind of mask that covered their entire face leaving only their eyes visible. “I said get up now” he commanded again, this time at the top of his voice jerking me off the ground and out of Michael’s arms. I heard a whimper somewhere in the congregation as I was roughly pulled up. “Everybody stay calm and no one gets hurt” One other masked guy shouted from one corner of the room. I started walking towards the direction my captor propelled me. The tear that had been threatening to fall finally rolling down my cheeks. Why is this happening on my special day? I thought to myself.

he pleaded on his knees. “Then I’m also sorry,” the masked man said. The man on the floor was confused but the understanding set in when the masked man ordered, “Put him in the cage.” The man was horrified and continued to plead, thinking that he was going to be auctioned when the masked man instructed, “lift the cage.” The cage was lifted with chains to the ceiling when the final order came, “open the cage.”

I stumbled on something or………. So I thought but no it was someone.closing my eyes ,expecting to fall,but I didn’t instead I felt a strong arms pulling me close .curious to know ,who didn’t freak out due to my ugliness, I opened my eyes and saw him. THE MASK GUY that doesn’t associate himself with anyone.he likes been alone just like me but the difference is that he hates people associating with him he usually shun them to stay away from him but me ,no one wants to come close to where I am .

I held his gaze across the broken porcelain. "I'd rather have nothing than be your prisoner." Something moved in his face, a hairline fracture in the mask, there and gone so quickly I might have imagined it. Then he straightened, took out his phone, looked at the screen with the controlled irritation of a man whose evening has been interrupted by something that requires immediate attention.

A gasp escaped my lips as the light shone on Nana, seated on a chair in the middle of the large room, her mouth gagged and fear written all over her face. A man, dressed in black and in a black mask stood behind her with a gun to her head. "No!" I whispered as I looked on. "So this is the knight in shining armor?" A voice came from my right and I almost jumped out of surprise. There was another man dressed like the first man, sitting on a chair to my right. "Who are you and what do you want?" I asked angrily. "I just want what is mine." His voice was so calm as he spoke. It was eerily calm, like he had done it numerous times, and taken the lives of some unlucky few.

I thought as tears rushed freely from my eyes. “Open up the fucking door!!!!!!” I screamed, banging the door. “Let me go, I’m innocent, I’m not the right person,” “You’re making a mistake somewhere!!!! , please let me go,” I cried out, still banging on the door. “Ghhhsdhhhh,” I heard the door knob opening and I shifted back. The door opens revealing someone wearing a mask. “This is a solicited place blondie, sit down and keep shut,” The mr on mask ordered me.

The memories came flooding back. Luca's men, the black sedan, her kidnap, the masked man that helped her. It was happening again. She could barely hear Harrison yelling, barely see her father stepping in front of Maria with his face pale with fear, all she could see was that mask. The masked man twisted, managing to break free from Harrison’s hold. He moved with deadly precision, reaching for a knife strapped to his belt. Before he could strike, Harrison tackled him, sending them both crashing into the coffee table. The table crashed

And since leaving the prison, I could finally breathe. I leaned against the table and let my gaze wander across the crowd. There were masked faces everywhere, making it hard to tell who was who. A man standing near at the other side of the ground caught my attention. He was tall. Broad-shouldered. And was dressed in a black shirt and pants that seemed to have cost a fortune. A dark mask covered the upper half of his face. Even from a distance, he was ridiculously handsome. The ladies in the party couldn't get their eyes off him. Apparently, I had become one of them.

" When I asked, he smirked. He looked like someone who could kill her in the next second. TWO YEARS LATER I smiled as I slowly stepped out of the car; there were a slew of directors waiting for her, including the CEOs of small businesses who all wanted to collaborate with me. The powerful Miss Eleanor, the image I made for myself solely to exact revenge on him. Only a few people have seen my face, but all have felt my wealth. Only a few people will see my face before I exact my revenge. I was wearing a mask on my face and an umbrella over my head. At the time, I was the wealthiest person in town, and only a few people had seen my face.

He said, scrutinizing her like some entertainment monkey. Isadora spoke through gritted teeth, "What? Who are you people?" "With that tone of yours, you seem not to understand your situation right now," The masked man spoke in a frigid tone, "You are in no position to ask questions, woman." What's with this dude? She thought. "You either release me or face consequences you would never recover from." Isadora fumed, already tired of playing captive. The corner of the masked man's mouth twitched In amusement. The victim dares to be so bold even under the presence of a gun, which gives her such courage.
