Désiré Me 2
We are trapped in our own snare.
The Poisoned Gift:
On the morning of the tenth day, a package arrives. No flowers, no book. A small black velvet box. Inside, on a bed of silk, rests a key. An old key, made of wrought iron, of severe elegance. Attached to it, a simple card: "Freedom has many doors. Some are more beautiful than others. - K.V."
The key. A symbol so simple, so powerful. More powerful than all the poems. It promises neither passion nor love. It promises an exit.
